Stayed for 1 night. Property is small with private parking space. Ruslan on reception was very helpful.

Reception staff Ruslan was very helpful! Gave us travel tips for Khujand and the surrounding area and helped organise taxis to get us places

We highly recommend the hotel! Staff is super friendly. Jakup and Ruslan from Reception are very eager in helping the guests. Rooms are very clean and breakfast is also delicious. Some special requests, like "Cirki", are prepared by the chef with pleasure. We welt like home!!!

Locate close to everything, and the room had a river view.

It listed two types of rooms with a small price difference but every detailed seemed the same. After booking I sent a message asking why, but didn’t get an answer. Upon arrival we figured that the cheaper one doesn’t have full elevator access (5th floor), so paid the difference and changed to the 4th floor. The elevator was super tinny and old styled.

Breakfast was way better than expected. Best cafe in the city wasn't as good as the hotels breakfast.

The staff was very friendly, especially Mr. Ruslan, who organized an exciting tour for us. It was also very helpful that the staff could communicate easily in English, and Mr. Bahaodin also in German also in German.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff were generally friendly and had a good image. The breakfast was good enough.

It is better not to expect any guidance on local information.

The hotel was very pleasant.

The only thing I would criticize. The room I had had a window above the door. The light shining into the room from the hallway was very unpleasant while sleeping.

The hotel had a good and nice breakfast. The staff, in particular RUSLAN was exceptionally helpful and professional. Besides his duty at the hotel, he guided us around Khujand's historical places on his day off.

Housekeeping may need some improvement.

I stayed for one night and it was fine. I was placed on 5th floor. The room was clean and the AC worked good. There was a fridge and only 1 small water bottle provided. Bathroom was clean and looked new. Really hot water and good water pressure. Shampoo and body wash provided. Location isn’t the best to visit the bazaar or other sights. There is a shashlik restaurant 5 minutes away and a small market too. Staff was friendly and helpful but not everyone spoke English.

The WiFi was weak, but good enough for emails. Had to walk down to 3rd floor to get it to connect. Breakfast was ok, but nothing spectacular. Worst thing is on the 5th floor the doors have clear glass and they had lights on in sitting area. It was like trying to sleep in full light. I had to go out and find the switch to turn them off. Curtains are not blackout, so you’ll be up early with the sun.

Staff was super helpful and hotel was very clean. They provided us also with a transfer to border with Uzbekistan.

Rooms in the 5th floor had a window above entrance door- so the light was coming into room from corridor all the night - pretty uncomfortable for sleeping.

Good Property.

Lift is too small, lift access on till 4th floor so you have to climb the stairs after 4th floor if you get room at 5th floor.

The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. But the hotel's infrastructure is beyond them. And that's the only thing I can say about it.

Internet doesn't work in the room, as there's a lot of light coming in from the window, and the bedroom door has another window that also lets in light from the hallway. It was impossible to sleep (I had to turn off the hall lights every night). In the bathroom, there's no place to even hang a towel; it had been ripped out, and the toilet flushed only once in three times. There's also no trash can in the room. You have to take the stairs because the elevator (very small and slow) doesn't go to the 5th floor. Most of the outlets in the room didn't work. The icing on the cake: they entered the room without knocking. Breakfast was until 10:00 a.m., but by 9:30 a.m., there was nothing left.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Really appreciated the assistance and advice given by the manager, Ruslan. The breakfasts were also excellent.

The staff were very nice and welcoming, and Ruslan especially was very helpful. Thank you! Wi-Fi was very good and reliable, and the room was quite spacious. View from floor 5 is awesome.

A little bit outside the center, but walkable within about 20 minutes.

nice area, staff were friendly and helpful , there was plenty of taxis close by . Neighborhood was gorgeous

Elevator was a little small

Quick check-in and exceptionally friendly, helpful staff. Bahovaddin was not only extremely polite and accommodating, but also surprised us by speaking German! We were very happy to have stayed there.
