We highly recommend the hotel! Staff is super friendly. Jakup and Ruslan from Reception are very eager in helping the guests. Rooms are very clean and breakfast is also delicious. Some special requests, like "Cirki", are prepared by the chef with pleasure. We welt like home!!!

It listed two types of rooms with a small price difference but every detailed seemed the same. After booking I sent a message asking why, but didn’t get an answer. Upon arrival we figured that the cheaper one doesn’t have full elevator access (5th floor), so paid the difference and changed to the 4th floor. The elevator was super tinny and old styled.

Locate close to everything, and the room had a river view.

The only thing I would criticize. The room I had had a window above the door. The light shining into the room from the hallway was very unpleasant while sleeping.

The hotel had a good and nice breakfast. The staff, in particular RUSLAN was exceptionally helpful and professional. Besides his duty at the hotel, he guided us around Khujand's historical places on his day off.

The WiFi was weak, but good enough for emails. Had to walk down to 3rd floor to get it to connect. Breakfast was ok, but nothing spectacular. Worst thing is on the 5th floor the doors have clear glass and they had lights on in sitting area. It was like trying to sleep in full light. I had to go out and find the switch to turn them off. Curtains are not blackout, so you’ll be up early with the sun.

I stayed for one night and it was fine. I was placed on 5th floor. The room was clean and the AC worked good. There was a fridge and only 1 small water bottle provided. Bathroom was clean and looked new. Really hot water and good water pressure. Shampoo and body wash provided. Location isn’t the best to visit the bazaar or other sights. There is a shashlik restaurant 5 minutes away and a small market too. Staff was friendly and helpful but not everyone spoke English.

Rooms in the 5th floor had a window above entrance door- so the light was coming into room from corridor all the night - pretty uncomfortable for sleeping.

Staff was super helpful and hotel was very clean. They provided us also with a transfer to border with Uzbekistan.

Lift is too small, lift access on till 4th floor so you have to climb the stairs after 4th floor if you get room at 5th floor.

A little bit outside the center, but walkable within about 20 minutes.

I had an overall positive experience.

The hotel is located in a quiet part of Khujand but within walking distance of the river + several restaurants. The room was clean and well stocked and had a TV and balcony. The best part of my stay was my interactions with the manager, Ruslan, who made for good conversation and was generally incredibly helpful and responsive. The hotel offered free breakfast in the morning and helped me call a taxi to catch my early flight.

I don't think so, if I had to say anything, there would be worm holes in the fruit for breakfast. But I don't think that would be a problem

We were very satisfied with this hotel, I would even say that if you come to Khujand, this is your best choice. The room was even cleaner than the photos. The person who greeted us was Ruslan, he was very welcoming and willing to provide any help. We are sure that we will stay here again when we come to Khujand again.

Having booked a room at least a month before, when I arrived I was told that the price listed my printed agreement would not be honoured and there was a higher amount payable (15%). it took a while, and the manager had to be involved, before they agreed to keep to the original price. left a bad taste in the mouth. room and breakfast very good to excellent.
