Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United KingdomThe air con was rather noisy and there are a couple of small step downs into the bathroom which you don't see easily and can either miss and judder yourself stepping down or trip on the way out. The restaurant at night does not sell alcohol which was weird. we had to go down the road for a drink at their sister hotel but that was distinctly average at best.
The pools around the rooms are fantastic and a great bar to swim up to. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The rooms were lovely and spacious and a good sized bathroom.

GermanyWe choose this venue because of the wheelchair accessiblllity, unfortunately the only places which are accessible are the reception area and one path to the villa. If we had not had a plastic stepladder with us, I would not have been able to get in or out of the pools. The stepladders attached to the pools are not accessible if you have a walking disability. There is an under water table next to the villa which a normal person can use to access the pool, but this is not possible for someone who is slightly disabled.
The villas are very beautiful with the added plus of direct access to the pool from them. The floating breakfast was definitely another highlight. Additionally you have 24/7 room service.

Russiait is not clean enough and a repair is needed the shower is bad and not hot the Wi-Fi connection is strange - you should make pair every time, many times, when you go around the hotel, cause there are lots of different spots and they don’t remember you you should write the number of the room when taking the towels - like in 20th century the restaurant is not too tasty (pizza is not at all) and has strange smell inside, but the staff is nice no restaurants outside nearby and for smokers)) it is not allowed to smoke ANYWHERE on the territory of the hotel. even on your own terrace. you should go outside through the lobby to the smoking aria

LatviaThe only thing I can criticize is the Wi-Fi. The routers are quite old and weak, causing the signal to occasionally drop or web pages and content to load very slowly. Replacing the routers with more modern ones would make the internet much more stable and faster.
The hotel is in excellent condition. Everything is clean and well-maintained, with nothing falling apart. The room, pool, reception, and the entire area are a pleasure to look at.
