Great location! great price, lovely staff. It might not have been absolutely spotless, but I honestly had no problem with my 4 nights stay there. And will not have a problem booking again if I'm ever in the area.

The outlets were too far from the bed and the nightstands. It's very inconvenient to charge your phone and laptop, especially when you need your phone as your alarm.

It was easy walking distance from the city center, quiet, gave a nice neighborhood feel, and had friendly staff. They even gave me two free water bottles per day.

Nice location. Friendly staff and easy check in and out. The wifi was decent and the AC was super nice. The bed in my room was pretty old and not the most comfortable and the shower was either cold or boiling hot but I made due.

I’ve stayed here 3 times now for a week at a time. The staff are so lovely, it’s a great location and the garden and pool are great to heat the heat. WiFi is excellent everywhere and I could work easily. Good value.

The pool opens whenever the staff feels like opening it. I like to swim early and the pool is supposed to open at 7am. One day, it didn't open until 10am and another 9am. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.

The bathroom is not the nicest. Bit of mould and dirty ceiling but not the end of the world. You have to have the AC on to have hot water!!

We have stayed here twice now and love it. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The beds are so comfortable!! The pool area is nice too

I was there for 11 nights....the room was never cleaned....I had to ask for toilet paper and towels after 5 days.... the battery in the smoke alarm went flat at 4 am....I had to climb on the bed to get it out....I went down stairs no one was at reception....(I was told they have 24 hours security) a few days after a lot of water was coming down the bathroom roof....someone came up to dry the bathroom floor and I was told that the day after the problem would have been fixed....they never did....

The bathroom really needs updating; it’s pretty worn out and although everything works, the toilet smells sometimes after it’s flushed, there’s mouldy mastic around the sink and shower and our sink had a big crack in it with duck tape over it. The room wasn’t cleaned once in the 5 days we were there, including the bin for toilet paper not being emptied.

Good location just a couple of minutes walk from the old quarter. Staff were friendly and the bed was really comfortable. Two bottles of water were left outside the room each morning which was a nice touch. There’s a nice lounge area downstairs and a nice little pool

Curtains let in a lot of light. Cleaning needs a bit more attention to detail.

Room was big. Pool area was nice. Hot water was available for coffee and tea downstairs. I liked the pool area and pool. There are lots of good restaurants in walking distance and you can walk to the city centre. Hot shower was good.
