There is homeless people outside on the streets but that is to be expected of any major over populated city. They do not bother you and it has no negative impact on our stay at this wonderful property.

Beautifully decorated, rooms were spotless and comfortable with everything a family would need for a short stay in Bangkok. The staff were lovely, very helpful particularly Amy.

It is an active neighborhood, so it can occasionally be a bit noisy. Most nights it was fine, and one night we just used our earplugs. But just be aware in case you are someone who needs a super quiet place. Also, there is a growing homelessness problem in Bangkok, like most major cities, and some of those folks hang out in the neighborhood. But we were never approached by anyone, except in a friendly way, and we never felt unsafe.

The location is very close to the palace and easy walking distance to Khao San road and other points of interest. Not too far from Wat Arun (with water taxi). There are a lot of small food shops and carts in the area, various places to get coffee, and a 7-Eleven right next door. The staff is wonderful -- very friendly and accommodating.

The street where hotel is settled is full of poor people🥺. We didn’t feel danger at all even in the night coming. It was just a little strange living in such beauty and looking out the window at such poverty

The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in🥰 everything was so amazing, clean. Owner and personal were very helpful and nice. Small snack at the restaurant always available was very pleasant. 7/11 2 min of walk

The property is situated on a street where a lot of homeless gather, and this is also a red light area. The hotel itself is lovely, but where it is situated might not be to some people's liking.

This is my favorite hotel in Bangkok. Best location, fantastic rooms and lobby, i love the design. Free coffee/tea and snacks. Excellent staff. Its my 4th time staying and i will go again for sure

The area right outside of the hotel had many homeless people on the street and lots of trash on the sidewalks.

Unfortunately there was a lot of homeless people in the area. However we didn't feel unsafe.

Room and mattress were amazing! It is also within walking distance of the Grand Palace and most of the must see in Bangkok.

The neighbourhood is convenient for sightseeing, but not the nicest. I felt very comfortable as a sole female though. I had issues with the internet.

Gorgeous hotel! The staff are super helpful and friendly. The beds were very comfortable and the shower had great water pressure and hot water. It’s really tastefully decorated and relaxing. The location is great. My only complaint and it’s really not the hotels fault, is it can sometimes be a bit loud outside during the night. Bangkok is a loud city so it wouldn’t stop me staying here again!

The staff were wonderful, the room was clean and spacious with high ceilings. The location was great. There are a lot of homeless here but they don't bother anyone and I felt very safe. It's walking distance to a lot of great tourist spots. The sound proofing was not good but the neighbourhood is generally quiet.

Be aware that during nighttime the streets around the accommodation have a lot of homeless and red light workers. I did not have negative encounter but you just might want to be aware.

Beautiful house with very nice rooms and furniture. Free of charge snacks, coffee, water and tea. Very nice hosts and staff with good communication. Perfect location for exploring Bangkok.
