Television needs updating

Good value for money hotel is definitely a little tired but you can see when first opened it was fabulous. All said and done cleaning every day all toiletries and water mini bar replaced.three swimming pools. Location perfect.downside if you like television picture was terrible but do you come on holiday to watch TV so would definitely come back as I've been in worse places in Thailand for money.one more thing breakfast is included not bad for a buffet style and food and beverage was decent and reasonable price

Staff were unprofessional at check-in, taking calls while they were dealing with us. Reception staff tried to charge us for a slightly bent room key card.

The room was spacious, even though it looked a bit old. I'd recommend an interior renovation.

Nice pool, great location, especially those who enjoy morning sport activities e.g. open water, yoga, running, biking. The room was spacious, even though it looked a bit old. Very old cheap TV , only two English Programms , but Very bad picture and sound , impossible to look TV ! Gym : need to be renovated , only a few training machines working properly , most need an inspection !

However, we did have an unfortunate experience with one staff member, Apple, who came across as rude, arrogant, and displayed behavior that felt discriminatory. This was disappointing in an otherwise pleasant experience. A few areas could use improvement particularly the cleanliness, which did not meet expectations. We kindly request the resort management to consider conducting basic pest control to enhance the overall comfort and hygiene of the property. Ratings: 1. Location: 10/10 2. Staff: 10/10 (excluding the incident mentioned) 3. Breakfast: 10/10 4. Cleanliness: 5/10 5. View: 10/10 We hope to see improvements on our next visit.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely resort. The location is excellent, the views are breathtaking, and the breakfast was delightful. The staff overall were warm and welcoming special thanks to Nan and Taa for her exceptional hospitality.

However, the hotel itself is a bit old. The room service menu had very limited options. There was no iron in the room, and they refused to provide one upon request. The laundry service was only available until 6 PM, which caused some inconvenience.

A spacious and very comfortable room with balcony. Easy access to a beautiful beach, and many cafes and shops nearby.

Rooms are little bit worn out and not totally clean

Location is great with direct access to Jomtien beach. Nice swimming pool. Big room with balcony and bathtube+shower. Staff helpful. Price is very good

The Hotel looks a little tired inside but the main issue was poor service here. The staff were always helpful but seemed to only have to communicate problems with them to sort out, one pretty big issue but the rest just small but irritating things, no water replaced,mini bar not replenished, bathroom not cleaned etc. No major show stoppers but maybe needs addressed.

Location is good. Very near the beach, restaurants and bars. The pools are great and the rooms spacious and clean. Staff are very pleasant and friendly.

no air conditioning in breakfast area, some fly insects may cause disturbance. spacious room but not enough furniture such as chair and sofa in suite. gym equipment not taken good care, many pulley system need fixing

The whole experience was good the hotel is well positioned opposite the beach with restaurants and night life 10 minutes walk breakfast was good value and plentiful service was good cleaning staff were excellent and customer service and staff were all very friendly and spoke English the only downside was there was no A T M machine on site and it was a bit inconvenient as had to go to main shopping area apart from that everything was fine the pool was excellent and clean a bit noisy with children but that’s to be expected as they were having fun in there holidays would recommend staying there and will be in my list next visit

The location is perfect. Just across from Dongtang Beach and close to a lot of bars and restaurants. The sunsets are amazing from this hotel. The rooms are huge and clean.

The staff at the reception is not very friendly. We had to wait for the room for 2 hours though the hotel was not full. They requested a $100 deposit instead of a 1000 baht.

Rude receptionists. Had received written confirmation for early check in, but refused at arrival with Oh, sorry sorry, the room is not available before 2 p.m. The breakfast is rich of Asian food and poor of continental choice. 90% of the visitors are Europeans, but still almost no choice to eat for breakfast. Fruit only water melon and pineapple, no mango no other Thai fruit that are abundant and cheap everywhere outside the hotel.

A few steps to the beach. Spacious rooms cleaned every day. Nice pools with brilliant water.

- Reception staff. I stay about 8-12 hotels per year for over 10 years. This is top-3 unfriendly and unwilling to help in Anything (whatever smallest request) personnel at reception. Very strange and a big contrast to all the other smiling and helpful hotelteam members (cleaning lady, security, restaurant, bar). No help, no explanation to guests about infrastructure, no welcome smile, only deposit request, like you come to prison, not to good rate hotel. For example: no words they have gym, I learned only after10days from other guest, not from reception or welcome note as it should be. Very strange. Easy to fix thought if the management is interested to improve. Note: Pools are great for kids and bathing, but not really for swimming, but the sea is very close to compensate

Breakfast wasn't great at all on top of that constantly running out of all possible food, so had to wait to, and most of the food was cold. Toilets in the communal area next to the swimming pool were disgusting, so avoided that area.

It is next to the beach, we're we spe t most of the time. Room attending staff was very nice. Good swimming pool with some obstacles for kids. The location of the hotel is in a nice, quiet part. Shirt walk to 7/11 and restaurants and pubs. Loved the control panel for the aircon and lighting
