Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Australia1) the shower heads were blocked and let hardly any water through. 2)The hot water unit in the triple room wasn't working properly so the water was cold. 3) The included breakfast was terrible. Very little on offer and what was there was cold in the bain-marie. The toast was sweet bread only and the juice was undrinkable. 4) The pool had broken tiles on the bottom of the pool and the water was questionable in terms of cleanliness- there was a brown mass in the water.

NorwayThe bed could be softer, but after all we are in Thailand. All in all it wasn't that bad. But if you have back problems than you should maybe look for another room or hotel. (I give the bed 6/10) I've had a lot worse beds in Thailand. Other than that I can't say anything negative.
Great place to stay! Location is pretty good. The room was good and for the price it has good value. We stayed there twice. Before the Mae Hong Son Loop and after we finished it. The pool was pretty good. The shower had good pressure. The staff was friendly and very helpfull. Clean rooms and the washing lady was really polite and good at her job. We left 50 baht in the room for her every morning and she really made our room clean and fresh. Free water. Good aircon and WiFi. The fridge worked as it should. We had breakfast included and it was pretty good. Lots of fresh eggs every morning. I would stay here again for sure. 8/10

United KingdomBreakfast was just about passable - not much thought given to it. Butter was cooking margarine and the ‘jam’ looked like some kind of nuclear waste! Other hotels in similar areas of similar standards have offered a much more interesting breakfast, so it’s not just a ‘Thai thing’ The pool area is tired and uncared for. Stayed 6 days and never saw anyone clean or tidy the area 🙈 only three sun loungers and each were old, broken slightly rotting wood with nails protruding. It’s a shame as the hotels actually quite nice .
Great location, nice spacious room and bathroom, very comfortable bed.

I have been staying at this hotel regularly since 2015 and have always found it to be great value for money. The staff are friendly and it’s location on the moat is convenient for all you need.

IndiaWe had family rooms. Mine was not comfortable as the toilet is oddly placed. No hooks in the bathroom so overall not very comfy. Breakfast was very cold as the burners were always off. Coffee was cold too. Food was the same everyday except one morning and taste was disappointing.
Location was very convenient to walk around old town and even go to various sites. The hotel had a taxi service so ask them in advance.
