How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The hotel is down a rickety street, and you probably can't reach anything without another taxi ride.
Very close to the airport and easy to reach by taxi. Room was very clean and spacious, with a nice window view as well. I didn't have time to try the pool, but it looked nice and clean!

Did not have a toothbrush or toothpaste, so please bring your own.
Very comfortable bed Clean and well maintained. A great place for swimming or a nice soak in the bathtub!!!

When I arrived at the airport after midnight the staff was waiting at the waiting place as mentioned . The pick up was good n its not far from bkk n checkin was quick All receptionists were working professionally n the room, bathroom were clean The next day breakfast was good I paid 250 n enjoyed the salad fruit n coffee etc. When I return to the airport alone the shuttle service was running without fail. Overall I will be coming back whenever I arrive late.

Breakfast couldve been better. Location was 8 min walk from the main road with local car mechanic shops so it looked scary however the walk to the 7/11 was easy and safe.
15 mins from the airport. Good clean and room. Very helpful staff. Pool was nice and maintained. Reasonable early and late checkout costs. Got a free upgrade and that was sweet!

Nothing much around this hotel. It took one hour to get to the downtown in the evening
Location is the best for a short stay near the airport. The rooms are clean, swimming pool is very chill, nice breakfast

Noices from hallway was a bit annoying. Luckily it wasn't rush season. There was a smoking area near pool, not a good thing, I think....

This hotel is very convenient if you want to spend one night not far from Suvarnhabumi airport. The room is comfortable and the staff is helpful.

Had to wait for a really long time in the airport for thier free shuttle despite booking the executive room, the aesthetics of the rooms are quite basic

This is a well situated hotel for the airport and the pick up we had arranged was smooth. Staff were incredibly friendly, the property was clean, our room comfortable and the pool welcome. The children were also pleased that there was a 7/11 at the end of the road.

The distance to the nearest restaurants, although, we would've chosen another hotel to get more options, we chose it for its location to the airport, not for its nightlife. There was a beautiful big bath in our room, but we didn't have any hot water. I tried to fill the bath with the kettle, but after filling the kettle, boiling it and tipping it in the bath 8 times to try to warm it up, I gave up got in the shower hoping for warmth. I was mistaken. There was just no warm water at all.
We chose this hotel for our last night in Bangkok as it was close to the airport. We had been in Phuket and our next flight was early in the morning. It was easier for us to choose a hotel close to the airport and have a quick drive to the airport in the morning, instead of hauling overnight and coming in dead tired. The pool was perfection, I loved the shallow area for lazing in the sun without feeling too hot out on a banana lounge. It was a little walk away from restaurants and we were all pretty tired, so we had dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was tasty.

Bedroom smelled a little bit of damp/moisture but not enough to deter
Close to the airport for a quick stay over if you’re in late/out early. Airport transfer was easy to organise. Room and bathroom was huge

Details in room, shower room sealants poor condition. Pool water feature was not maintained. Unpleasant maintenance area not well covered around pool.
