We were a bit surprised that there was a bedroom in the living room, it made it a little bit difficult to socialise in the villa.

The outdoor terrace with pool was stunning. The villa was clean and beautiful.

The location is not very walkable, but they do have a taxi service to get where you want to go.

Wow, what a place! The views are stunning and the Villa Gecco is beautiful. Tom answered my SO many questions about activities and food options. They have a book at the villa that provides options but he always responded quickly to my inquiries. And the massage offered through the villas by Linda was the best I've ever had. She helped with some ongoing issues and I felt so much better after she worked on me (I fit in two sessions during our 4 days there). I would highly recommend staying here while in Koh Tao.

Due to the hilliness of the area out group found it difficult to move between the 3 Villa. Turtle and Gecco are side by side which was great, however getting to and from the Eagle was a 10 min steep walk. Breakfast was included on our trip 5 years ago. Nowadays it is not included. A shame as you need to bring breakfast provisions with you as not easy to get into town. Would even be great if basic provisions were provided with the option of pay if use..

What can you say.... I doesn't get much better than this when it comes to accommodation. This is our second stay at Villa Sabai Jai. This trip we were a group of 19 and booked out all 3 Villa to accommodate us all, however you cannot beat the 'Eagle Villa'. Most amazing view and bedroom accommodation. Just Bliss! Tom the owner communicated well and helped organise trips. Kitchen facilities terrific.

Going home. I want to stay here forever!

I don't know where to start... From the first contact with Tom until the transfer to the pier on the day of departure, everything was just excellent. Tom and his team and mr. Pon our taxi driver looked after us really well and made sure we lacked nothing during our stay. Questions were quickly answered and every wish fulfilled in no time. For example, I asked for snorkels one night late around midnight and the other morning at 8 a.m. someone from Tom's team already came to our villa to bring us the snorkels! I was traveling with my 2 kids and we liked the private swimming pool and the spectacular surrounding views the most. The cleanliness and the comfort of the villa were also beyond amazing, with a fridge which is (re)filled with a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks every day. Honestly, if you are in the privileged position to spend a few days in this wonderful villa on this beautiful island and still have something to complain about, you should never set foot on this island again!

While access to much Koh Tao accomodation is steep, the access to this property is very challenging. Only two of the four bedrooms are private and self contained - it is not clear from the photos or description that one of the upstairs bedrooms is part of the main living area and one of the downstairs bedrooms provides the only through access to the other so the villa is best suited to families rather than groups or couples who require privacy.

What an amazing location, all the rooms had amazing views and were fitted out nicely. Although the roads are steep to the villas they were easy enough to acces by scooter or taxi and mr Tom was always at hand for any queries or advice you might need. Thanks again for an awesome stay.

Having such a great view means you are high up, and given the roads we did rely on taxis. Mr Pon was amazing and helped us get around the island during our stay.

The view was absolutely incredible. The interior of the villa was lovely, with each bedroom containing comfy beds with mosquito nets, wardrobe space and an en-suite. There was also a fully stocked fridge which was thoughtful and fairly priced. There were a lot of food delivery options, which was super convenient - especially for breakfast. The outside area and pool were perfect. The staff were amazing, Tom in particular was super responsive and helpful. Linda was lovely and professional, and gave great massages. It was a pleasure to stay here.

We had a fantastic stay at Turtle Villa. Thanks to Tom and his team everything was perfectly organized. Pick-up from the ferry, transfer to villa and a lot of advice of what to do. Great snorkeling from the communal piers below the villa, stunning view. Refrigerator filled with drinks. All a perfect 10!

There is nothing we could think of that wasn't 10/10!!

10/10 - We absolutely loved Villa Saba Jai, it is such a treat with stylish decor, super spacious rooms with super comfortable beds and the bathrooms had wonderful showers. Tom and his team were amazingly attentive, with all our needs responded to within 5 mins of making a request. The Staff set the record for providing the best Customer Service we have ever experienced. The fridge was refilled each day with bottled water, soft drinks and beers. The location is fabulous, with wonderful sea views and our own private infinity plunge pool which was perfect for keeping us cool in the very peak temperatures. We took advantage of the inhouse Masseuse - Linda, who was amazing!, Not to be missed. We also booked a snorkelling tour and our son did an intro day to scuba diving. Each of them were hosted by wonderfully helpful hosts who went out of their way to ensure our trips were enjoyable. This has definitiely been a holiday to me remembered! Thanks to Tom and his amazing team. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

I booked a private boat tour and at the very last minute the mamnaget Tom at the resort says another person will join and only a fifth of the price and go with and don’t worry I’ll like as she is practically staff ??? Sue was already on the boat when I got there and I had to tell them NO - I booked a private tour even if she paid half . This was unprofessional. Also, the charged full price for laundry when is was almost a day late . Blamed it on lack of electricity in Rouen and still charged 200 service fee. They didn’t have reasonable taxi fairs into town . Woukd not stay again mostly for the taxi costs . They should have a daily Shuttle maybe even once a day back and forth to town.

There is nothing to not like about the property other than the route to the sea is not for the faint hearted or unfit.

Absolutely perfect! The villa is by far the most incredible place we have ever stayed in the whole of Asia. The views are breathtaking. When visiting Koh Tao before we could only dream of staying in this villa. The host Tom is lovely, always checking in and they will sort anything you need - is never too much. I cannot wait to stay here again. The villa has everything you need, we didn’t even want to leave to venture out.
