Lots of concrete walkways and steps and walking through the garden at night was a bit tricky. There is a golf buggy service which helps.

The swimming pool was fabulous. Breakfast was very good and the restaurant overlooking the pool served nice food.

Everything is jusr perfect. a quiet hotel, in the green area of Chian Mai. The design is beyond words. the room is wide and beautiful, the tea green fields between the buildings is perfectly connecting to the Thai culture. the restaurants are top quality. i was there for the second time, and can't wait for the third.

Lacks attention to detail, facilities are damaged, walls in the rooms are moldy and for example the flush of the toilet was broken too. For a five star it should be more careful on these details. Consider you will be 30 mins away from the city.

Breathtaking views and location. At first glance and for your entire trip it’s a very beautiful and peaceful hotel. The staff are very kind. Hotel has a lot of pools, activities and the food was good. Free shuttle service

Fabulous scenery, stylish brutalist architecture, comfortable bed, very attentive staff, perfect peaceful location. Walk to the white temple is a close but steep!

Quite remote and a long walk to anything around but hotel will get taxis. Would suggest full board.

We had a stunning view from our suite across the rice paddies and trees. Full board evening meal was fine. Pool area was lovely with great views of the temple. The Spa was lovely but relatively expensive.

The higher room for breakfast had breathtaking views of the mountains. It was nice being away from downtown for relaxation but it did feel far from anything we wanted to do outside the resort. The staff was very nice and welcoming! When our tv wasn't working staff came promptly to help trouble shoot. The room wasnt as nice as expected for the price but again the views were worth it and overall was a great stay!

The room was very spacious and well-maintained. The plunge pool was clean and refreshing. The swimming pool has a gorgeous view and there were only a few other people around. It was nice to enjoy the high tea by the pool too. The breakfast was adequately varied and the food was well prepared and served. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Location is peaceful, lush. Perfect place to relax and be pampered. The entire staff, from the drivers t taking us around in the golf carts, the reception, the staff in the restaurants and housekeeping were extremely attentive. We very much enjoyed being out of the city, yet close enough to go j into town when we wanted. Unforgettable stay.

there was just a bit of dust in the room. the spa closes a bit early.

Such a beautiful hotel. the design, and the space, the green tea fields, the infinite amazing pool, all were so beautiful and special, and very relaxing. the spa rooms where the most beautiful I've seen. and of course the staff is very kind and professional. very much recommended!
