Limited parking lots is available. But it had for me when I stayed over there. Be careful a bit about the traffic when you drive out of the hotel's park lots as the traffic flow in front of the hotel is a bit confusing. Parking around the hotel is possible and it is easy to find some. It has plenty space for motorcycles.

Everything is perfect. Staff is kind and very friendly, providing useful information and contacts for travelling around the province. The room decoration is great - homy, cozy, and unique, making the place have its own style by changing an old house to be a small hotel. It reflects history of the community around there.

Amazing stuff who couldn't do enough for you very quirky comfortable building and beds. Even though the coffee machine had broken down she went out of her way bought a jar of instant and gave us a coffee for nothing what more can you say. Lovely people and lovely hosts I would recommend staying in a heartbeat

Breakfast is superb. 4 choices for us. Very delicious and big amount of food. The hotel is so nice with real nostalgic vibes not retro but the 90 years old building. Like go back in time when the train line just arrived at the province. Khun B who’s the owner is the best staff . His knowledge of Ubon and nearby is impeccable. You may visit here by train from Bangkok, it’s just 400 meters from the station!

This property is a reconstructted heritage building. The collective decor is a well-build recreation of the "good old days" of Ubon Ratchathani, and so has a very pleasant nostalgic ambience. The staffs are all cordial, polite and helpful. The surrounding neighbourhood is also pleasant and safe. There are convenient stores and food service places within easy reach.

Anyways, you need to rent a car for traveling around the city and tourist place.

The location is near the train station. The room is clean and well decorate and maintenance. The owner and staff was nice and helpful. The price I paid match the expectation. Anyways, the room is in the old style building, it might cause some noice when guest walk on the wood floor.

The hotel is on a busy road junction with some traffic noise; though it didn't prevent us from sleeping. It's by the railway station but Ubon Ratchathani railway station is a few kilometres away from the city!

The staff were friendly and helpful, the manager speaking good English. Breakfast was good.

It was a cozy modern loft style included the impressive story of the owner ‘s family history. I found it was very interesting and that my family had a wonderful time at Bee’s place. Breakfast was really great 👍

due to the hotel being on the main road it's a bit noisy, also the downside was there's nothing around the area, you have to park on the main road
