Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Alex, Jason and Jasel were wonderful staff members who helped us with all our questions. We enjoyed the proximity to the IconSiam and ICS buildings. The rooms were fantastic with comfy beds. The washing machine worked well. The daily cleaning service with fresh towels and bottled water was exceptional. The free coffee and tea in the lobby was a nice touch. The staff held onto our luggage after check-out which was much appreciated.

This was another surprise package for me. Discreet from the outside, almost underselling itself online, everything about this place was fantastic. The rooms are tasteful and gorgeous, and spotlessly clean. The building is charming inside. There is coffee and tea available at all times, a kitchen area, washing machine, and a lovely area for sitting near reception. But the staff really made it for me. Absolutely delightful people who were discreet but incredibly helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this chic boutique hotel.

I liked everything about my stay at Varmtel Hotel in Bangkok. As a solo traveler, i felt really safe. I even felt like home. The Staff was so kind and had much understanding as I had planned a complicated itinerary in Thailand. I was staying at the Varmtel Hotel for a total of eight nights, but in between, I was traveling for five nights outside of Bangkok. However, I left my belongings at the hotel before returning to Varmtel for the remainder of my stay. The Hotel is really clean and close to everything you need. The Hotel has a shared kitchen where you can cook and consume Tee and Coffee every time you want. They also have a laundry corner. I really recommend Varmtel.

Lovely accomodation! The rooms were very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. We arrived at 10 in the morning, so check-in was not possible yet. The staff gave us a room upgrade for free so that we could take a nap and so we didn’t have to wait. Amazing service! The location is perfect, close to several forms of transportation. We were also able to leave some stuff that we bought in Bangkok there for the upcoming weeks because we will stay at varmtel again when we leave Thailand. Perfect that this was possible!
