Lack of maintenance. Had to swap room twice. AC not working. Toilet blocked and no plunger in entire hotel!! Fridges did not work in 2 rooms. Hot water not working.

The photos on booking.com do not reflect the overall degraded state of this hotel. Everything requires renovation and thorough clean-up to remove mold, dead and live insects, stains and dirt/dirty things. No towels, blanket cases and toilet paper were provided. The linen is worn and smelly.

Confirmed my booking, but when we get there with so many bags with the big van in the rain, they are doing the renovation.Cant cancel it either, it asking me for a cancellation fee .Nobody there speaks English and a few staff speak my language nobody took the time to help. My anxiety level went up to the sky, and nobody to help me even the booking.com, the phone they have for coustomer service in Thailand completely in Thai. Couldn't move or select anything to talk to customer service .This was just a nightmare.

Did not like anything there. The pictures are all taken 10years before, broken furnitures, and pests inside. We immediately cancelled the stay and moved to other hotel.

The 1st room we were given was shocking. The hallway was dim and dirty. There is no lighting. Entering the room, the carpet was thick with dirt, and in the corner looked like someone had been sick, and it had been left to dry. Inspecting the bed, it was dirty, a dirty single quilt to cover 2 single beds put together on a ripped and dirty base. The door to the balcony was hidden by a filthy curtain. When we opened it, the door had been smashed. The bathroom was full of water. When we complained we were offered a 2nd room. Wow, there was a sink with r rotten wo den base. The bed was filthy. The walls were filthy , and there was a hole in the window. When we complained about this, they did not understand why we were not staying. The lift had bare wires. This place looks nothing like it does on the website. Do not stay here and ignore any reviews that rate it a hood place to stay.

The entrance,that's as far as I can say, anything positive. I don't like giving bad reviews, but I need to be honest when it's this bad.

I booked but on reception staff told me that its a mistake. The hotel is full, we'll cancel your booking then you'll get your money back. Then after some days nothing. I spoke with custumer service in booking but they told me call to apartment and speak with manager. Manager answer the calling but after he listen my question about send back my money hang up the telephone and then don't answer the phone! Don't book that hotel!

EVERYTHING. 1st ROOM nothing like says. Disgusting.took staff 10 min to open the door, lock on door broken, loose hanging, and expected me to stay in there. He walked in before me rushed to bathroom and flushed toilet. Curtain broken. No real kitchen no coffee maker. Totally out dated nothing like photos was not clean not nice no tv or half what was said online. I Said this is not OK or what I payed for, he said no more rooms available but when I begun to film and ask for mu money back they find another room. This one was bigger but just as bad if not worse.same dirty not clean He run in 1st flused toilet. There was toothpaste still on the side open. Dirty kitchen side and mirror and surfaces. Fully out dated everything was nasty. When I arrived took ages for staff to come to reception. To busy moving music equipment.all the workers were young and frankly look like students in a gang. Worst hotel. I refused to stay there as was totally fraudulent to the advert and unhealthy, loud and frightening. The manager 1st said no to refund, then again when filming him he said would but I have mot received it over a 10 days ago. He told me to do it on the app. It didn't seem right so I let him do it. This unfortunately meant I couldn't film that action but like I said I have not received the refund nor have they responded to my messages. Never ever would I stay in a place so dirty filthy it was so bad I still cant quite believe it. I stay in many places in thailand, like over 50 and this was the worst experience ever and ive stayed in cheaper cleaner places. Don't believe a single thing they say in the advert, photo below from video screen shots

I paid for 1 bedroom apartment and got just normal room the shower was barely above cold I asked 4 times for towels for room last time he just laughed with his cleaning staff I had to buy one at the markets it took to the next day get code for lift big rip-off I had to sit in lobby with was connected to weed shop place made me feel sick

i absolutely hated my stay at this hotel. The bed broke many times when i slept. When i went to take a shower the water was boiling and i couldnt take a shower cause the temperature wouldnt turn normal. additionally there were many insects in my room. i do not understand the 4 star rating because i would absolutely not recommend this to anyone

The place is not clean, it smells cigarette where ever you go around the hotel. The pillows,bed,and blankets are all dirty it’s very obvious that they did not washed it. It was so disgusting! The facilities are not good. Lastly, they accept bookings even though the rooms are full! Yes,it’s cheap but it is not safe for travelers to stay there.

Very old rooms. Looks kind of dirty. The thing that made me check out after one day (of 3 booked) was the staff lying to us. There was no hot water. Staff told us 3 times they send a mechanic… But I think they never had hot water in the first place. Saw reviews from 2018 that said no hot water. So why they lied about a mechanic coming… Definitely stay away from this “hotel”
