Like lots of places there were a lot of mosquitoes - make sure you have repellent in the garden!

Good location for the airport. About 15-30 minutes depending on traffic. Lovely pool and sweet, kind staff. Generous family room was spotless. Tasty food. A little gem.

Like: helpful staff, speaking English; secluded beautiful garden 20 min drive from BKK airport; simple but nice breakfast; lunch and dinner could be arranged for you on request. Stayed at the beginning and end of our holidays at Koh Samet after/before international flights. Dislike: airport transfer isn’t included into the price, so be ready to pay 400 bht one way; Area is very secluded, there is nothing else around - no shops, restaurants, etc..

The room was Spotless clean. There were some fallen off flowers in the pool, so it was not inviting to be swam in. The staff is very nice and helpful, speaks decent English. Flexible check out.

Just needed a bed for the night as flights got screwed up because of bad weather. Ultra comfy bed. Basic but functional room. Very clean. Staff were superb, super helpful even drove us to the airport at 05:30 for early flight

Perfect stay for one night before our flight, while travelling with our two cats! The staff was super welcoming and helpful. The family room was perfect for the 4 of us with our two cats. We could have our dinner there. We highly recommend this pet friendly hotel near the airport.

It was a little old, but that didn’t bother me too much.

Perfect arrangement for travellers with pets, with a lovely garden and rooms on the first floor. The staff were really friendly and helpful, even assisting with storing my dog’s travel crate.

This is a beautiful and well cared for property with really kind staff. It’s extremely comfortable and quiet! It was the perfect landing for our first two nights in Thailand. They picked us up at the airport and dropped us at the train station each day. It’s only a couple kilometers away but not walkable so the ride was appreciated. Activities are a distance but it was nice staying outside downtown to get our bearings. The breakfast was simple and a great start to our day. We enjoyed a dip in the small pool the morning we left. Thank you for your kindness and hard work. Definite recommendation!

I did not say I had that a dog, so when I got that, they told me that I will be charge extra 500,00 THB per night because I should stay only in the first floor in a big suite, plus 500,00 THB per night because I had a small dog( 4kg). Really? The whole hotel was empty; my dog fits in my hand; why I should stay in that big suite?

It is an airport hotel, so you will have noise of people coming and going at all times, especially at night time - that is disturbing. We had a room in the basement and the aircon of the room on top of ours was also behind our window and made a lot of noise during night time. Getting sleep was difficult.

there is no more free airport pick up and drop off by the hotel. the information should be updated. however a local distance taxi from BKK ist just 200 baht.

I think the term "boutique hotel" is misleading. It felt more like a youth hostel to me. Our family room had bunk beds and two separate toilets, one for gentlemen and one for ladies. The reception/lunch area was cluttered, and the tablecloths were, sorry to say, filthy. I understand that there are mosquitoes in Thailand, but I have never killed as many in a closed room as I did here. Unfortunately, there is a smell of damp and mold around the whole pool area that is quite unpleasant. I wish I could give this place a better review, as the staff was very helpful and kind! They even drove us to the nearby 7/11 to get some food since we arrived after 10 p.m. Thank you for the service.

We decided to stay here for 1,5 nights because of the proximity to the Airport. That was very practical.

We booked for 1500 Baht. The charged us 500 Bt upgrade for a dog room plus another 500 for our small dog. We had ticks in the room. No fly screens but many mosquitos outside. The garden not closed, potentially open for streetdogs. The room and the bed smelled mouldy. The garden and the pool not as beautiful as in the pictures. TV signal and Wifi very slow. Mobil data reception weak. Location very remote. Far from any shop or restaurant.

We could bring our dog. The staff was friendly.
