Breakfast ended at 10.. could be latter. The older lady at the front desk was really rude. We asked for check out latter on the day before and a nice lady told us 100bath per hour, the next day we requested it and the older lady said no and that it was 3”0 bath but that we needed to leave because they needed the room. ( we just wanted until 13:30)

Breakfast! It was really disappointing. A few really local dishes and plain spaghetti ! Only watermelon (for fruit). Saying that, I did have an omelette made each day and the view of the ocean was beautiful. We felt the resort focused too much on providing lunches for tour groups more than looking after their resort customers. Also, the resort is too far from the port if you have mobility issues. There was a representative who met us at the port when we arrived (and also other customers). He led us to the resort and had our bags on a trolley. He walked too quickly (we couldn't keep up)! I think it was to make us think the resort was closer to the port than it actually is.

We loved our two bedroom pool villa room and free mini bar ! Very few staff could speak English, however, there was a lovely lady who helped us book some tours and she was very friendly and helpful.

Everything is really good unless you dont like walking. Its a 15 minute walk from most of the restaurants.

The rooms could do with a bit of repainting/sprucing up as there’s mould around the walls and aircon. Bedding and towels had a few stains on also.

Great location in Phi Phi, nice pool and beachfront setting. Staff help carry bags to the room. Nice and modern resort.

The hotel is approx 30 minutes walk to the main town. The hotel does not offer lunch or evening meal or bar service - you have to walk into the main town. It was very hot and the walk was a killer!

The swim up rooms were very nice. We had some problems with air conditioning, but this was fixed quickly.

Ok for 3 stars but Rooms need a refresh as they are a Little tired and sometimes smelly and beds are quite hard too. Although they were cleaned well each day. Pool area was a bit run down Food and drink offering was very limited. No alcohol sold on site either, so no cocktails!

Breakfast was not great but it’s nice to have some toast in the morning.

Good hotel, we originally had a room that smelt like sewage. We informed the staff who promptly changed our room straight away and let us look at the available rooms before moving. The pool was great, sun loungers could be updated or padding provided to make them more comfy. We heard little sound in our room which was a plus as we have stayed in some noisy hotels recently. The location is the real selling point of this hotel. I would not hesitate to stay here again due to where it is situated.

The Breakfast can greatly improve - Honestly, I was expecting a bit more - An automatic coffee machine wouldn't be expensive and the overall quality would improve. Butter should be placed on a colder environment - it is awful to try to spread molten butter on slice of bread. The Swimming pool area can improve - lots of damaged sunbeds and lots of loose tiles which can be dangerous for some kids. The staff should control some guests - it is annoying to have kids swimming around and some guests smoking weed - Some guests even bring glass bottles to the swimming pool

It is very well located - Far from the village center with all the noise and chaos of the ferries, but close enough in case someone wants to have dinner at the center. Infront of a nice beach and close to Love and Viking beach - amazing place. Rooms are simple, but good enough for a 3 star hotel.

they missed my preapproved bed arrangement even though it was double confirmed. gave me another room instead. the wildest thing was that there was no coffee at breakfast, only the instant nescafe. never seen that before. our stay unfortunately collided with a large group from the same country that was really loud and everywhere. we ended up not spending much time in the resort but rather in town. i guess it comes with the price.

the location was nice. a bit away from the loud areas while next to the beach. the pool was great. the price was better than comparable hotels.

The pillows and the bed were hard but very clean. Mosquitoes are everywhere obviously not the properties fault.

Great location, breakfast everyday, fantastic pool. This was a comfortable stay. This side of the beach is quite no loud music, peaceful and feels better, loads of massage and food options. You get complimentary luggage buggy which is NEEDED.
