The location is ideal for the beach which is 1 minute walk away. 3 minutes walk to Central shopping mall with lots of restaurants and bars very close by. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable and I enjoyed staying there. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff spoke NO ENGLISH. No facilites, this was just a room. It has no cafe or anything and no pool.

Cheap. Room was large but it was really dark. They had some neon lighting but i just felt they needed lots more spotlights as it was so dark in the room.

Love the rooms, nice set out, good comfy beds, hot showers and a balcony if you need some fresh air! Nice breakfast next door, walking distance to most things, i always stay here now. Frontof office is also very helpful and friendly.

Super dim inside the room, a couple of actual down lights would have been good, also having a separate light for the toilet. Shower has no pressure which is a shame because it looks fancy lol. Obviously noise is an issue given the location if you want sleep before 2am.

Amazing location, right in soi8 1 minute to the beach, 1 minute to central, food all around, bars everywhere. Nice big room, aircon is insanely good. Bed was pretty comfortable, TV was average. House keeping do an amazing job, price is pretty reasonable. Staff are friendly. If the shower was better I would say 100% I would come back, still on the list that I would definitely consider though.

The lighting was very good when low light level was required but during the daytime the bedroom area was under illuminated making it appear dingy. Strong daytime lights are needed in that area. The lighting being controlled from a single point took some getting used to but ok when you knew which switches controlled which area.

Nice bathroom facilities. A large room. Excellent Location close to amenities Nice ambient lighting after dark. A kettle with tea / coffee supplied The balcony was not overlooked, able to have a morning coffee outside without the hassle of wearing clothes.

Not much really, the mattress I found a little hard and the balcony is quite narrow, the light switches can be a little confusing initially.

Firstly the location is very good, just off Beach Road on soi 8. I got a room on the top floor with sea views. The room was plenty big enough for me, nice big bed, good shower, tea and coffee with kettle, balcony with small table and two chairs and the all important air conditioning. Staff very friendly and helpful. Had a slight problem with the aircon one day and someone came to fix it within 40 minutes. You can get your laundry done by leaving it with reception and it comes back the next day for around 260 baht. Cleaners come every day and do an excellent job. Although close to lots of bars, I found it to be fairly quiet regards noise. It is guest friendly.

Lack of pool and no exercise room and no kitchen and restaurant for breakfast

The location is great the building can use a facelift and some much needed upgrades to make it a more attractive modern stylish look , bedroom lighting could use a more bright lighting bulbs, the lack of pool and exercise room is a disappointment along with no restaurant are kitchen for breakfast, overall a great hotel for the great value and extremely nice staff second time staying
