Electrical cable noise was a little intrusive but you get used to it. Appreciate this may be out of the control of the hotel. The pool bar wasn’t regularly staffed, however with the rain we experienced this is understandable as the pool area wasn’t busy with guests.

Very friendly arrival and attentive staff. The room was exceptional and the welcome tour from the receptionist was a great touch. Staff continually checked in to see if they could help, took an interest in our holiday and onward travel plans, offering advice and support.

The crackle from the electricity wire that runs beside the property. It didn’t keep me up at night but it is noticeable near the pool area.

Centrally located with great staff. An oasis for adults with kata beach at your doorstep. The pool was fantastic, really relaxing.

The location is excellent, close to Kata and Karon beaches, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and the staff are very friendly.

The shower water went from super hot to warm every few seconds, making it a little hard to stay under the shower without fear of getting burnt unless you took a colder shower.

Breakfast was amazing everyday, pool was always clean, bedroom was amazing, staff was so friendly and helpful. Room service food was amazing. Wish I could’ve stayed longer. Walking distance from everything.

Wonderful and professional staff. Well located close to everything including a short walk to the beach. Breakfast is fabulous with so much variety. Pool bar has happy hour from 11am to 7pm. The rooms are well appointed and spotlessly clean. We had a pool access room that was perfect. It’s a happy place to stay as the staff are always smiling and want to make your stay unforgettable. Even eggs are served at breakfast with a smiley face and good morning inscribed with sauce. Couldn’t be more perfect.

The breakfast wasn't provided in the price for the unit. EVERY other hotel that we stayed at previously and were less money, had a free breakfast buffet so we complained and the management relented and gave us breakfast coupons.

The room was on the ground floor and we could walk outside our sliding glass door and jump into the pool. The room was spacious and very comfortable. They had a lounge that we could wait at, after we checked out, that had AC, a bathroom, TV and a coffee, tea facility that was very comfortable to wait at, until our flight in the evening.
