The hotel is ageing and a little shabby but kept very clean by the exceptional and friendly staff. The location is fantastic, a five minute walk around the block and you will pass many bars, restaurants and massage shops. Alley 61 and the beach is a two minute walk away. The reception staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. In fact all staff including security are probably the best we have ever experienced. If you are not after a five star property and want a clean, comfortable, relaxing experience, we highly recommend this hotel.

Location and value are very good. Room COULD be considered the same based on.. location and for the price, very good. I would stay again. Reasonably nice rooftop pool. Has sufficient parking, too. Being in Pattaya, that's important. Breakfast was pretty good too, so have it included. ALSO, there is one of the Risa Massage places out front door and to the right about 150 yards!! You need to see Emma!! She's a strong woman. Thai massage is a bit different and she is VERY GOOD! She's a little bigger woman, and takes care of herself. Her size and strength is important and I highly recommend her. Also, do the 2-hour massage. Tip her well. Tell her Todd from Mexico sent you. She has 8 years in the business AND 3 years at this location. Be good to her. She'll be the same!

Very well-located hotel a few 100m from the beach and the lively parts of the old town around the Hilton Hotel. All staff are excellent but especially the receptionists and cleaning staff. They offered advice on local and national matters in an extremely friendly way. The rooftop pool is a big bonus.
