Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Kingdomits aproximately a 25 minute walk into the main centre of Bang Saray its a great walk along the beach however walking back after a few nights became a bit of a pain but we could have got a Bolt or a Grab if we wanted so its not really a complaint it was our choice to walk back
Excellent hotel, just less than a ten minute walk to the beach down a beautiful country road where there is the beach restaurant and a beautiful beach bar. All of the staff were amazing overall a fantastic hotel and great value for money. Particularly liked how we were able to checkin a 3am after a 30 hour journey to Thailand
