The resort is located in a prime location. The staff here were super friendly and amazing. They cooked homemade food for us and it was the most delicious feast I ever had! The resort also have cool facilities (pool, game room, sauna, steam room and more). I loved staying here. I highly recommend this place

Fantastic value for money. Great location, friendly host, spotlessly clean, laid back atmosphere. Doubt you'll find better in Patong for the price so just stay here, you won't regret it.

Only issue I had was a small one, some black out curtains would be a benefit, especially for a night owl like me.

Sebastian and his staff run a great little hotel, in a great location right in the middle of nanai rd. the hotel is very clean, rooms cleaned every day, small but lovely pool area, ideal for a nice cooling dip. Will definitely be looking to stay again.

The area was not for me.. As a group of lads or a chap going solo, the area would defiantly tick the box's, but as a solo female, not so much, but the hotel, Sebastian and his family can count on me staying again, I loved the friendly ambience of the place and the sunny disposition of the staff and I am more than happy having a drink in the lovely hotel bar, playing with their enormous, yet friendly beasts and listening to their extended family of love-birds twittering away

Small family run hotel with all shops and amenities to hand. Feels very safe and the owners are very friendly and most helpful, nothing seems to be a bother. French, English and Thai area spoken, Small pool, dart board & pool-table are located near the well seated bar/bistro area, small yet varied selection of meals are offered from 8pm-12am. Outings can be booked on site through the French owner, Sebastian.

We had the most amazing time at The Villa Residences Patong! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was unmatched. Sabastian, the owner, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable – truly one of the friendliest hosts we’ve ever met. The facilities were outstanding. The pool was crystal clear and inviting, and the sauna was a highlight — immaculately clean with refreshing eucalyptus that really helped open up the airways. Such a relaxing treat after a day out exploring! But the real standout? The food. Hands down the best we had during our entire stay in Phuket! Every meal was delicious and full of flavor, and they even prepared something special for our friend’s birthday — such a thoughtful touch that meant a lot. Rooms were cleaned daily, complete with fresh towels and bedding, which made our stay feel even more luxurious. The location is perfect too — just a short walk to 7-Eleven, great restaurants, Jungceylon Mall, Bangla Road, and Banzaan Fresh Market. If we could rate it higher than 10, we absolutely would. We can’t recommend The Villa Residences Patong enough. Thank you so much for an unforgettable stay!

I enjoyed the quiet of The Villa while it was located in a really busy and bustling street. I really appreciate the every day cleaning and fresh white towels: such a fantastic treat after a day at the beach. It was very nice to have a studio space and a little balcony to have breakfast.

This place is an absolute gem. Sebastian is an amazing host. He does everything to make your stay pleasant. The rooms were super clean and cleaned daily. The location is rather nice with 7 eleven right in front and plenty of shops nearby. The onsite bike rental is probably one of the cheapest you'll find around and the host is super helpful in arranging it. The pool is decently sized and clean

For me the location was great The Villa has a great bar with a very nice breakfast the staff are great and very friendly my room was cleaned every day. There are great restaurants all in a short walking distance if you won't something different every night for dinner .
