amazing views, big clean room, would stay again

Unfortunately the hotel, which was almost perfect other than 2 things. There were bees living in the ceiling lights of my room, many of them. They have me spray at 3am which worked at least. The other thing is that the AC Units are very old and very loud. I would like to have given this hotel a good review, the staff, the view almost everything was perfect.

The room was spacious, comfortable bed and the pool was a godsend. Being so far away from the beach, having the pool was perfect for cooling off. We didn’t drink much at the resort due to the small print of tax and service charges being added to every order. Also if you pre-booked and paid via Booking.com, be sure to check your bank as I was also charged again on the day we checked in. I noticed this a couple of days into our stay and notified the reception staff. They were great and refunded the amount in full in cash as I wasn’t happy about it taking up to 14days for a bank credit refund.

Toilets or air con made the room smell very bad, beds felt very hard like sleeping on the floor.

Room had quite a lot of ants in the bathroom. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Difficult location as had to get a grab/ taxi to go anywhere. Only 1 pool available but website said there were 2.

It had a beautiful view. Very large bed. Very large room with a lovely balcony. Overall the whole hotel area was kept very clean. Had a free shuttle to beach. Pool had an amazing view. Restaurant on site.

The bed mattress was hard, very uncomfortable, the hotel paintwork as a whole could do with updating.

The views from the room balcony and swimming pool are really nice, Staff were friendly.

It was a 40 minute round trip walk to the local 7 / 11 store, so factor this in and ensure you have plenty of provisions with you. The walk up to the hotel and further to your room is very very steep, it can be rather tolling. The only desserts following your meal which are offered are little ice cream tubs, they are very nice, but a larger selection of desserts would be great. None of these things would prevent me from returning however.

The view was stunning, half way up a hill, the staff were super friendly and excellent and the food was also good. The room was large with plenty of room on the balcony and it was kept nice and clean. The restaurant menu had a nice variety of Thai and International cuisine and was equally reasonably priced by hotel standards. I had a great stay here :-)

Very inaccessible location if not traveling by private transport. Most taxis dont want to travel all the way in. Air conditioner broke down 2 times during the stay. First time water leaked all over the floor, was fixed in an hour. Second time was offered a fan as no engineer was in at night to fix it, and they had no other rooms available. Front desk staff tried to fix it by fiddling on and off with the controls. End up only one air conditioner mode works without making a rattling noise.

Quiet, large room. Good views, especially sunrise/sunset. Decent pool with decent restaurant food. Good recommendations by front desk staff on what to do in phuket.

Struggled with the hill although there was a buggy available on times for a lift otherwise a good cardio workout. The views certainly made up for it though.

The staff, I couldn't work out If they were rude or didn't really know what was going on. Check in was frustrating, it states check in is at 2pm, that's why I booked it so I could grab a shower after my flight, on arrival we were told it would be 2:45 so we said that was fine, I went to collect the keys and then I was ignored stood at the desk, then told it would be another hour for check in. We decided to get food at the over priced restaurant as we were hungry and fed up of waiting, then after we ordered told the room was ready. Make sure you are willing to factor travel time in as it's away from everything. They charge you additional for using your card and don't tell you.

The room was really big, the bed was comfy and it was overall a nice stay. The pool views are breath taking but you have to wake up extra early for a lounger as they have around 8 in total.

The property was a little bit far from any services (incl. shops and beach), but only 10min ride in a taxi. There were no spa facilities, however they were on the description.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the shower facilities very good. The view was amazing.

The value for money is very disappointing. Jacuzzi and bathroom light didn't work when arrived. Fixed the next day. Located on a very steep hill !! You better have a car or scooter. Doors are not properly isolated. Geckos and insects get in the room even when everything is closed. Geckos' excrement are all over the walls and are not cleaned / removed. Rooms are swept and not vacuumed, so the dirt and geckos' excrement are just pushed in the corners. The table was very dirty. I took a paper and water to clean it, it turned black. Furnitures are old and beds are not great. The safe is small and you cannot put a laptop in it. Closest 7/11 and laundry machine are almost 1,5km away. Bolt, is not well deserved in the area. To provide this kind of service for almost a 700€/week room is a shame.

View is nice. BUT the deluxe room had view on the roofs of rooms below ....
