Only stayed one night. Rooms spacious and clean, area is quiet. Location is out of the way from the centre with a 20 min walk to main old town. If you don't like walking this may be out of the way!

We didn’t find the air con particularly powerful but if you leave the curtains closed the room stays cool! The dryer outside needs much longer than 24 mins to dry clothes so keep that in mind!

We enjoyed our stay here! About 15 mins walk to the beautiful old town, nicely tucked away from street noise! Staff were friendly and the room was clean, new toilet paper, water and bin bags provided each day even without room cleaning which was great! There’s a little shop in the reception and laundry facilities outside which are handy

Location was slightly far from the old town but we were aware of this when booking, you just have to get a taxi or walk

The room was clean and large with storage space. There was a TV and a large fridge. The balcony was especially useful as we used the washing machine facilities. It was easy to get drinking water as there was a cheap machine downstairs.

We did not like the fact that our rooms were not ready at the time of check in. This resulted in us having to wait in the reception for a while, whilst having organized our transport to make it in time for check in. Had we been aware of this, we would have delayed our departure.

The only 'downside' for some may be it's location which is a 10-15 minute walk away from the heart of the Old Town. We enjoy a walk so did not mind this, and there are actually a few very nice cafes and restaurants nearby anyway so you don't need to venture too far for food! (Kombucha Bakery / Big Bear Kitchen)

The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and the small shop sells a decent range of items for reasonable prices. You can also use their washing machines and dryer for 20/10THB, respectively, and they'll lend you hangers to dry anything else on the balcony!

The room didn’t provide kettle for hot water, tea and coffee. I have to go to the reception for a cup of tea/coffee in the morning.

Location is in a residential area, so it’s really peaceful, away from noise and crowd. But at the same any shops like 7-eleven and supermarkets are quite far and need vehicle to access.

If there was a bedside table that would have been perfect.

Friendly staff, quick and easy check in. Clean and comfortable room, basic but had all necessities and water in the refrigerator. Good location, quiet and away from the main road, but still a 10-15 minute walk to Phuket Old Town. I would recommend staying here for a nice and easy stay.

The toilet/bathroom and fridge would make noises at certain intervals which could disturb the sleep sometimes, but not that much of an issue.

Cleanliness and the staff's responsiveness to issues. My rooms shower drainage was clogged and water took a while to drain. After bringing up to the staff and heading out for the day, the issue was settled immediately. Beds were comfy, hairdryer had to be borrowed from the front desk with 500 baht refundable deposit. Bottled water and fresh towels were provided every day with room service. There were a lot of good restaurants which were walking distance.

I had an excellent stay at The Topaz Residence accommodation. Spacious room and clean areas peaceful area. I recommend anyone to look for a stay relaxing and peaceful. Markets and all nearby.

The location is somewhat distant from the beaches, and the town itself offers limited activities. The beds are on the firmer side. Additionally, with two windows—you can hear noise from the nearby highway.
