Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeHotel is located off a main road, so getting to and from the hotel will sometimes require a bit of your patience but that can't be helped. Public transportation are nearby, so nothing much to complain about.
2nd time staying at the hotel and it totally exceeded my expectations. Staff are friendly as well as responsive and patient to my enquiries. Check-in was fast and smooth. Hotel was located at the back of a short alley, away from the main road traffic. Plenty of amenities surrounding or nearby the hotel to meet all your needs. The mrt and skytrain are all within walking distance for you to get to the attractions that you want to go.

NetherlandsThere is not much to dislike. I like that they work to upgrade. One morning the lift was in repair. Can happen but slightly inconvenient for a bit disabled guest.
Always happy to be back on the premises. The rooms are basic but spacious and ok. Bathroom a bit cramped. The lobby is welcoming. It is a plus that the venue has an all day restaurant. The quality offered changes greatly by the skills of the cook in action. The young lady serving breakfast delivered good service all the time.

SingaporeI'm not a fan of bathtubs due to mobility issues. The hot water system takes a bit of getting used to.
Excellent location within walking distance of both the BTS and MRT, making it accessible to most tourist destinations. The hotel also has a small drinking spot at the hotel entrance, though the choice is limited. The hotel staff are wonderful.
