United KingdomVery loud music playing from somewhere until 4am-made it hard to sleep. Pool area small and not enough sun loungers. Unfortunately the beach near the hotel is not great for swimming but easy to walk down the beach to a nicer area. Happy hour is a con-2 cocktails for the price of one but the cost for one is double what you pay anywhere else!

AustraliaBeds were very hard for me. I got used to them after a few days. A few hooks to hang and dry towels would have been helpful. Fridge took a couple of days to get cold.
The Stay staff were amazing. Genuinely kind and generous with excellent customer service. They went to great lengths to make access to pool and restaurant easy for my elderly father in law who was on a mobility scooter. Even built ramps to his room and access when I asked. Jumped to help him in and out of the pool. The food at the restaurant was sensational. Ate our way through the menu. No need to venture out unless we wanted to. Roof top bar and breakfast view of the beach. 10 min walk around to amazing swimming beach. Thank you to everyone at The Stay for a wonderful Thailand experience.

If you want to stay in the bustling area of Chaweng but not right in the centre of it all - this is the perfect location. We were about a 5 min walk from the famous Ark Bar.

Very good location, on the quieter side of the beach so no issues with noise at night. Reception staff always very friendly and helpful. We rented a bike through the hotel for a great price and it was dropped and collected for us. We were in the low season so very easy to get a sun bed on the decking and by the pool.
