There really anything I didn’t care for. This is definitely a must stay if you’re in the area.

The view is amazing, the pool and all amenities are incredible as well. Staff were excellent, kind and very accommodating. The breakfast is top tier! 12/10 stars recommend!!! Slower pace beach but still with proximity to night light in Patong if one wishes and walking distance to shopping, restaurants and night markets as well.

Nothing we disliked,only thing to be aware of is that it’s quite a steep hill back up to the hotel,but it wouldn’t put me off staying again

The hotel is on a hill, so walking up and down is a bit tough.

The rooftop pool is just amazing, The food is good, Very friendly staff, comfy rooms 7-eleven store next to the hotel, few stores around the hotel. 15-20 min walk to Kata busy area

Loved the crescent pool overlooking the beach and ocean. Staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed very comfy. Breakfast Buffett was really good, lots of choice and the best coffee we’ve ever had at a Thailand hotel. The walk up the hill and all the stairs/inclined ramps in the hotel were an excellent workout. The hill climb is worth it for the tranquility and quiet away from the main Kata strip.

Unfortunately we had a garden view room that didn’t get any sun so the room while very clean had a strong fusty small.

Hotel was lovely, clean and spacious. Rooftop pool was gorgeous with a stunning view. Unfortunately we didn’t manage to see the best sunset but on a good night you could not ask for a better location. Staff were all lovely too

The hotel is great, very modern with a great infinity pool. Rooms are a good size and kept clean. All the staff at the hotel are great and really friendly. One of the best hotels I have stayed in.

Property was beautiful, we had an amazing room with a jacuzzi on the balcony, which was lovely. The views from the rooftop pool are out of this world! The staff we very polite and helpful all the time. I would most definitely recommend the SIS Kata.

Better internet connectivity, I had to log in several times a day, otherwise it worked well. I could not connect to any streaming services or screen mirror with the television in my room, but then again - not in the room long enough that it was a big problem.

Swimming pools were exceptional, and the views absolutely breathtaking. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The grounds, facilities and rooms were beautiful, clean and modern.

Deposit for stay not being refunded for 3 weeks, which means I can't use that money on my continued holiday in Thailand which seems outrageous considering the technology we have these days

As it is up on a steep hill, more frequent shuttle services between the hotel and beach would have been great. I previously stayed at the next hotel up the hill, and they had a shuttle every 30mins. Sis Kata was only a few times per day.

Breakfast and all facilities were incredible. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The front desk was open 24/7. So when my wife and I had to check out at 4:45am, they were there, and even had us a taxi ready to take us to the airport, plus a free takeaway breakfast! Would so stay again!!

just a shame about the little hill running from the hotel to the start of the strip wiped me out a couple of times walking up that hill… i’m too old for that lol but it shouldn’t put you off as the hotel and staff was fabulous.

fantastic service, staff couldn’t do enough for us, absolutely fantastic breakfast everything was there for everyone and the food for lunch/dinner out of this world.

Only negative and this is not the hotel is it is on a very steep hill so maybe not for adults with any walking difficulties.

Hotel is lovely, staff were excellent, breakfast was fantastic with food for even the fussy eaters. Excellent views off the bay.
