Distance from City Center: less convenient for exploring BKK, since far away from the main city centers, shopping and nightlife areas as well as major public transport hubs (MRT/BTS). Hotel's Purpose: more suitable for conferences than for family vacations.

Location : beautiful scenic river views from the terrace and restaurant. Quiet, peaceful ambiance, direcly located on the banks of the Chao Phraya River. Rooms: large and spacious, with big balcony. Good cleanliness, fresh and sealed towels every day. Breakfast: delicious with variety. Staff: accommodating, friendly and helpful. Transport: complimentary tuk-tuk service to the nearest train station/pier. Facilities: clean pool and gym.

The hotel quite old still use the carpet in the corridors so the smell not quite good.

Brekfast is China or Tai culture oriented

Room with bunk beds. Very comfirtable ferry to get all attractions by river and free 3min took took from hotel. Free early check in. Clean swiming pool

Feels a bit old, and the bathroom was quite moldy.

Free Tuktuk to the MRT or Piers which is very convenient. About 25 min to China town by train. The breakfast was awesome with lots to choose from and really good and the beds were comfy.

Restaurant closed early without advanced notification, no room service, location is quite distant from shopping locations.

First time staying in this hotel. We had booked 3 days 3 nights staying the river view room with balcony. Room is big and spacious but the breakfast is quite bad not much choice. Only one coffee house, food is cheap as we do enjoy it.

The Internet wasn't good there is no bar to have a drink in the afternoon and the noise from the floating pontoon in the river is dreadful.

Comfortable and very clean hotel basic rooms and amenities but great breakfast with lovely staff. We have stayed 4 times as the view over the river is so nice a place to relax before a long journey home.

There were some staff who didn’t care us much. They booking.com details are bit wrong. they showing that you can checkin by 00.00 to 00.00. but it’s wrong. You only can checkin after 3PM. no point of going early there.

Some negative changes from previous stays. The concierge desk is gone, which used to be a great info source/help service for everything Bangkok. No left luggage service beyond a day, so not a good base for island and upcountry trips (we chose not to return because of this). The pool has been changed to an exercise-style pool: no loungers and swim-up bar anymore, and not a family-friendly space.

Very big rooms. Welcome drink. Excellent variety at the breakfast buffet, western and Thai (they even have blood soup!). Free tuk tuk rides to the MRT and ferry pier. Friendly staff. Relaxing riverside bar-restaurant.

A little things like your Employees doesn’t know how to smile, when we’re went to get Welcome drinks ,so it’s mean she wasn’t welcome us that’s all. So sad :( :(
