Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Luxurious in every corner. They opened recently, so you can still enjoy that fresh, new feel - hopefully they maintain it in the years to come. The food was outstanding. As vegetarians, we appreciated how they customised our orders. Both Lily’s and Caleo served amazing dishes. The room was stunning, with high-end amenities, elegant décor, and thoughtful touches that made our stay extra comfortable.

Highly recommend! We did not regret choosing this hotel for a second. The location is very convenient, the hotel is great and the staff are very helpful and attentive. 5 star hotel indeed. The restaurant is wonderful big choice of European and Thai dishes everything is perfect . Everywhere is perfectly clean, always small treats in the evening and by the pool. And this is very nice. Special thanks to the lobby and restaurant staff for their smiles that keeps us happy during our stay. We really wanted to extend our stay but couldn’t so will make sure we bring our big family next time next time .big thanks to manager Bon and his team🙏 thank you, having such an employees as you I am sure hotel will always prosper and bring joy to visitors. QatarDue to the hotel design, it’s required to change over the elevators to reach to the room. In room dining for breakfast was not as expected.
Excellent location next to Lumpini park and One Bangkok. The hotel and room interior design. Instant room check in. The room view and amenities. Room privacy and quietness. The afternoon tea was very nice experience.

NetherlandsFor a gym fanatic the gym could have been slightly bigger, also two employees being constantly present watching your back feels slightly uncomfortable. Please re think this set up. Luckily a new Jetts gym is right next door; 600Bht for a daypass.
For a soft opening this operation is being run insanely smooth. They have already found a delicate balance between discreet and personable. The front office manager and the restaurant manager are worth their weight in gold. FS, Capella and Mandarin better watch their back.

IndiaThe staff, was welcomed by a grumpy man in a shabby suit outside the entrance. the arrival gate/first touch point is really small, if we are talking Ritz level. The room was cramped, compared to the price you pay and other Ritz properties globally, also compared to other 5 stars in BKK. Room Service is slow, compared it to properties like Carlton, bkk with a quarter of the price!
