I have a milk allergy and tried to explain this to staff for breakfast but don’t think they understood. Kept being given food with dairy in it.

The room is as beautifully designed, the whole architecture of the hotel was amazing. Staff really helpful. Loved the pool and gym.

What I dislike is the numerous families with smalll kids and even babies with whom you are forced to share the pool. Unfortunately it is impossible to enjoy the fantastic pool and sunbeds due to noisy families which use the entire area as playground. I have a completely different understanding of a hotel named "the retreat" and would be willing to pay more if this was an adults only hotel. I can therefore not recommend this place for couples or singles who are seeking the tranquility. Nonetheless a big compliment and thank you to the amazing staff.

To be really honest - Nothing. It was probably the closest encounter to a perfect holiday I ever had.

This was the best Resot I have ever been to. I do fancy holidays every year but the Retreat was without a doubt the best Hotel I ever visited. Firstly this place is aesthetic as fuck. Perfectly designed, beautiful plants everywhere and just a very very nice vibe where you always feel private. The Breakfast: Absolutely Amazing. You get to choose between more than 3 Pages of Gournet Breakfast choices which all taste delicious! The View is also perfect! The Personal is very friendly and you feel very welcomed. Room: Absolutely perfect. Location: Right in the Center where you need to be. Just overall a perfect experience. We from Room 816 thank you guys for this amazing Experience. Kindest Regards, Aramas

No beach

Fantastic atmosphere with very attentive staff. The breakfast was outstanding as was the dinner. The dinner was a little expensive compared with the local area but the dinning experience was worth it. The room was lovely, we had a corner pool access room.

Only negative would be no beach, but to be fair has a stunning pool and you can always walk to a near beach.

Beautiful hotel, great location for ealking to waterfalls, viewpoints, and great restaurants. Hotel has a great team super food and breakfast was amazing as all cooked to order. We will certainly be back.

I will summarize my impression of the hotel in one word; Wow! Upon first meeting the wonderful staff, I felt welcome. The interior, the exterior, the location and the food are also top quality. And sitting in the restaurant and enjoying breakfast with a sea view was worth the stay alone.
