Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Only issue would be the location - around a 10 minute walk to UD town in the centre
Clean, super cheap and friendly staff. The rooms have a small balcony which is great for air drying clothes. WiFi speed was greater than 50 Mbps download. Good enough for video calls and streaming.

No hot water for a shower. Kettle in the room, would be nice.
Stayed for 4 nights while passing through Udon Thani. Good option. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean room, good wifi, could work from the room. No frills but everything worked well and no issues. Fridge in room. 2 x free water. 300 key deposit. 15 mins walk to the night market with excellent food options. Walked to the bus station with my suitcase, 20 mins. Digital laundrette down the room, really cool )

Water leaking from top floor in shower. Small droplets. As per other reviews - can hear streat noises sometimes, but it did not bother me.
Cheap price for 7 nights. Room cleaning every day. Not too far from town centre - i walked everywhere mostly.

There were ants which was fine but just crawling up the walls into the ceiling. Bed very hard, Luke warm water for a shower and shower room with toilet no shower curtain so everything gets wet.
It was a good size room, I was on the first floor so convenient especially as I had 2 suitcases and they don’t have a lift/ elevator. The balcony is big as well. Good cold AC.

Bed not big enough for a family like I booked. I had to upgrade at the hotel. Coffee making facilities but the cups were tiny, I needed 2
Good WiFi. A comfortable bed but the pillow is too big for me. Helpful staff. Laundry service. Rooms were good but as we had a long stay it was annoying that the fridge shut off when you left the room. The price was reasonable in comparison to the hotels around it.

There was no kettle in the room, although we did not ask for one, so this may be provided if asked for.
The staff were super friendly throughout our stay, and we were provided with fresh water and toilet roll daily. The room was basic, but spacious with a comfy bed, desk area, and private and secure outside space, very much worth the money! Quiet, and a 15-20 minute walk to the town centre.

The only issue is the noise on 1st floor during night and morning as it's close to the reception. Not much of a problem, everything else is very good.
Very friendly staff, the room is super clean and smells very good. A good private balcony.

A pitty that there is no breakfast/restaurant area. The rooms are lacking some (day)light and are not very cosy.
Not bad for this price! Nice to have two seperate rooms in the family room. Also a fridge and kettle. It was clean and the beds comfortable.

Some other guests there saying strange things through the walls, room right above mine making a thud sound for several days. I had let the staff know about the inconvenience but the thuds still did not cease. Had another guest try fighting in the lobby. So yea. Kind of crazy if i'm being honest.
Staff & amenities were good enough. I enjoyed the free coffee available in the morning & they supply their guests with 2 water bottles everyday.

All good here
Very clean rooms, cold A/c. Hot shower and friendly staff. I forgot my Vape & they helped me to get it back. I stayed 9 nights but I did not make use of the room clean but they always left new towels & water outside my door.
