Great hotel, huge rooms, great pool, excellent gym, good food and great value for money

Sunbeds were very uncomfortable to lay on as no cushion.

The view from the hotel room and the swimming pool was stunning, air con was fantastic and was given 2 room keys to keep it on throughout the day. Bed was very comfortable and spacious, mini bar was useful and the hotel was spotless. Shops and stalls surrounding were convenient.

The hotel is excellent. The location is fantastic and the staff is really lovely. We stayed on the 30th floor, and the views were amazing.

The only thing I didn't like was that we were given a card to say the rooftop pool closes at 10 so we got there at 9.30 only to find out it actually closes at 9.30

We arrived at 11 am and had to wait until 2pm to be able to get into our room so this was a bit disappointing after a long flight from the UK the welcome drink was not great a simple soft drink/cocktail/tea or coffee would have been better breakfast we paid for separate around £10 it was cold and not much choice for us from the Uk I would stay again but have breakfast in one of the local restaurants

Friendly helpful staff the rooftop pool and views were amazing great rooms air con and everything you needed a 7/11 shop was very close and restaurants we took a taxi to China Town and a tuc tuc back to the hotel which was good fun overall enjoyed our short stay

Excellent location, lots of space - we had a 2 bedroom suite on the 31th floor, amazing view of the city, wonderful infinity pool & bar on the top floor, very friendly staff, breakfast was amazing

Slightly far from main tour is attractions and due to traffic in Bangkok it takes a while if you get a grab. Would recommend using train to get around where possible as the station is only a short walk away from hotel.

I had an exceptional experience at The Quarter Ari in Bangkok, and I want to especially commend the staff, Suky and Ken, for her and him outstanding service. From the moment we arrived, Suky and Ken was attentive, courteous, and attentive to every detail, ensuring we felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our visit. Allow more time when traveling to tourist attractions etc as traffic in the area can get very busy from 3-10pm.

We had a great stay at this hotel, it exceeded our expectations. Great food and cocktails on the rooftop and great value for money. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, clean, had great facilities including a fridge, kettle and microwave. Floor to ceiling window gave a great view of the city. Would highly recommend.

Everything perfect

A perfect hotel! Ideal location, truly outstanding staff, it's clearly a 5-star hotel even though it says 4. They also kindly let us check out at 1 p.m. and store our bags until we went to the airport. The buffet breakfast was excellent, and the pool and gym had incredible views. Without a doubt, one of the best hotels in Bangkok for the price. We'll definitely be back.

The location - close to all the cool and hip bars in the locality, close to Chatuchak weekend market and Bangsue and of course the 7-11 below 😁
