Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

This is a nice hotel to stay in Sukumvit area. The hotel is surrounded by a Muslim area , so halal food is available there. The Bramungrad hotel is only 2 minutes walking. The staffs are well mannered and helpful. Although the lobby is small, the sitting place just outside the hotel is refreshing. The room is clean, and the bathroom is big and clean as well. The overall experience was excellent, and it is a super hotel if you think about fare.

Location, walking distance to Lumphini park , and Malls . My cosy room , i got upgraded , there was always hot water to make a tea or coffee in lobby level. As well room have a kettle and two water bottles every day . Friendly staff of hotels did everything for me to feel comfortable.
