We really enjoyed our stay and liked everything overall. The only drawback was the lack of a restaurant or bar on site in the evenings (perhaps due to low season). Additionally, getting to Ao Nang required taking a taxi, as there are no pedestrian paths and walking along the road felt too dangerous.

There was a moist smell at the first day we arrived. That went away after we stayed there.

We went for the upper floor not knowing there isnt any lift facility and there were no rooms available downstairs We had 2 elderly over 80 they found extremely difficult to go up down everyday Little far from the beaches but they have free shuttle every 3 hrs and if they could do last around 11pm-12 midnight would really help and Increase frequency every 2hrs Otherwise, very good hotel

Luxury hotel! We loved the whole setting especially the pool. Room was large and bed big enough for 3 of us. Free shuttle bus to the beach. Shops and restaurants walking distance. Very quiet.

Location is apart from touristic part of the town, 35 minutes walking distance. So you might feel a little lonely :)

Awesome look, big pool, good breakfast, shuttle bus to the beach. The stuff is very helpful! You can buy joint tickets to Phi Phi or Phuket or whatever you like right on the reception desk.

The safe should be secured in place, not easy for someone to pick it up and walk away, if they managed to access the room. We could have done with more hangers.

The breakfast was very nice. The staff were very helpful. The pool was very good. The bed was comfortable. The room was large for the 2 of us. I liked the hotel shuttle to the town. Security seemed very good with plenty of staff around.

I would say maybe the location, theres this place beside the hotel selling good food very just like 4 mins walk from the hotel named "ZAMA' you should try that! But convenience wise, to 7 11 or like shops nearby it's a distance but it's also quite dark after certain timing and at night SUPER HARD to get food delivered to your hotel through grab/foodpanda and room service ends at 630pm. My room personally was not very well lit I felt it's a bit dimmed. There were left over drinks from the previous guests in the mini fridge ( but staffs cleared it ASAP once I informed them) I am very particular abt the toilet Wherever I go, that my only issue always (it's a me thing sorry) ,, but the toilets were clean but the lights again on the dim side. Seemed abit creepy if you're staying alone. But if you're travelling as a group or with people then shouldn't be an issue. Tv, it's not a smart tv like the current times, u can still watch your own shows w hdmi cable but ofc pls check if the hdmi side is working in the tv. The tv is full of their local channels so it's nothing much to watch that's the down side. Lucky for myself I had my laptop with me so i didn't switch on the tv much. Other than these I think the hotel was good not too bad for the price we paid and totally loved teh pool access!! Beds were super comfy I slept like a baby !! I will recommend this hotel to you if you are okay with the above stated pointers! Thank you for the stay ♡

I like that every room has pool access and it was a very beautiful view in the morning. Breakfast had a wide variety and I loved the live egg station!! Rooms had like hair dryer beside the dressing area I love the hair dryer works well n very powerful!! They provide like 2 pairs of slippers too. They do have like a mini station at the concerige selling beers and drinks ice cream Toiletries etc. So you can just pay to the staff at the front. They do offer like free shuttle service for the nearby beaches at specific timing!! ROOMS ARE VERY SPACIOUS!! Staffs were very friendly and helpful!

Location is a bit out of the way, make sure you have a motorbike or car. No shops very close to the hotel (7/11 about 800m away). Koffie shop in the front of the hotel is closed, being refurbished.

My family loved the pool being right outside our room. The staff were lovely. The rooms had some wear and tear but nicely laid out, spacious, clean and a comfy bed. While its quite a way from the beach the shuttle bus was super handy to visit different spots.

The shower only has warm water, not hot water and it doesn’t come that much water out of it.

Absolutely amazing pool and rooms, the beds are really comfortable and everything is clean! Really amazing.
