The breakfast options were slim. The cheese and meat board usually was gone by 9am and they didn't replenish it. There were also no oats for breakfast. They had a more Asian inspired breakfast with 4 kinds of rice and stir fries but not so much western inspired ones. Today we waited over 20min for poached eggs and there was no one in the restaurant. Nutella was missing , a key ingredient for kids 🤷

They were all really nice and helpful. The resort is ok..it is a bit rundown but still nice.

The room was very nice and the villa was spacious. The restaurant food was delicious, and the resort’s beachfront location was perfect. The beach was warm, clean, and enjoyable to swim in. The pool in our villa was beautiful, with an amazing green-blue colour. I was also lucky to witness a lovely peach tinted blue sky at sunset, even though the sun sets on the other side. Overall, it was a very nice experience.

Upon arriving there was no assistance with bags, people just looked at me. I was offered to have a cup of coffee brought to me while I was sitting at beach front, but it never happened. Staff were friendly, but working within dry defined roles and would not go beyond what their job description was I suspect because it would upset others.

Although, the room I stayed in seemed a little bit tired, it was roomy, had a nice balcony and was very comfortable. The beach is right there although the tide was out when I was there, but on nice days I think it would be very relaxing.

Everything. The staff were amazing and couldn't help enough. The resort is small, peaceful and beautiful. We absolutely loved our villa and the food was amazing. We celebrated our sons birthday and the staff decorated his room, surprised him with cake and made it so special.

Apart from the breakfast, the service was slow. We ordered drinks and it took so long for them to bring us a few drinks. We had to tell a few staff before getting our order.

The breakfast was amazing. They had so many delicious options and quality food. It was an amazing place to relax poolside. We enjoyed the 2 for 1 Happy Hour drinks.

The Palayana Hua Hin Hotel is a great place to relax in Thailand. The hotel has a spacious, clean and very well-kept green area, a private sandy beach. On the beach there is a cafe with a wonderful view of the sea. The food in the cafe is delicious, there is local cuisine and European. Breakfast is a buffet, where everyone can find something for themselves. There are fruits, pastries, hot dishes, salads, etc. A coffee machine is available during breakfast, this was important for me :) The staff speaks good English, is very polite, ready to answer any request. The room was spacious and clean, with daily cleaning, changed towels and robes. The room has good soundproofing - we did not hear other guests. The hotel has a great location - a 7-minute walk to the store "7 eleven", nearby there are numerous cafes, bakeries and restaurants. I recommend the hotel for both family holidays with children and for personal holidays.
