The shower was a bit too small, literally showering almost above the toilets. For a single person it was fine, but I think that for a couple, you might want to take a bigger room. It was quite loud from the street.

The staff were super nice and friendly. The room was clean, and housekeeping made it look even nicer after my first night.

The rooms are clean & well maintained. Comfortable bed, good pressure shower with hot water. Close to the port & good location to explore the island. No noise in the night so you can get a good rest. The staff is very friendly and helpful with everything.

The welcoming from that rude man, it really ruined our morning the way he talked.

We loved the room, it was very cozy and nice, it had the island vibe, very clean, the ladies who work there very nice and lovely, but the man (not thai) who is at the reception or owns the place was rude to us when we arrived and that ruined our joy of arriving in Koh Tao. We arrived earlier than 2pm because we booked a trip from 12 pm so we just wanted to leave our stuff there and use the reception toilet. He answered very arogant and rude and he said that is not possible.. we had to ask somewhere else for the toilet..

The bathroom was built in a very strange way - the shower was in the opposite side from the sewerage, which made the whole room flooded with water! The staff was nice but didn't allow us to take any towels to the beach beside a huge, warm and heavy blanket. Also, the walk to the Sairee area is really uncomfortable, since you have to make a 5 minutes walk by the main road.

The room was really big and they made sure to clean and change towels every single day. We really appreciated the fact that the staff waited for us to come to our late check in, and was very pleasant during our stay!

Price value didn't match at all but probably related to christmas time, a lot of equipment mentioned was not there (e.g. shampoo, Netflix), everything a bit rundown, overall some minor things to fix (doorlocks)

Well, the guesthouse was empty and the diving and other services were not available. It can be a bit noisy at night from the street, but we didn't mind much. The door is a bit too loose for sounds and safety reason.

Bathrooms are really small. I had a room close to the road which was quite noisy. I arrived early and they charged me 250 bath to have an early check in, which felt a bit weird because I messaged my arrival time the day before and they didn’t tell me about this. Also the room was ready already

Located near the most dive shops in Koh Tao and also next to the medical clinic, laundry service and 7-11, in my opinion the only downside is you have to walk straight up a small hill to get there with you backpack. The staff kindly help you with your backpack to your room. They speak a bit of English but they make themselves understandable. Rooms are very clean, only downside here is that the bathroom is very small and you have to shower next to the toilet. Because it gets wet they have open shafts where mosquitoes can get into. The only tip I would give to this hostel is to maybe add mosquitoe nets. If I need to give the staff a score from 1 to 10 I will give them an 11. They are very caring, helpful and respectful people.

In the family room the shower pressure wasn’t very strong but that’s to be expected on an island really!

The family room was great for us; it had a big fridge to keep all our toddler’s snacks in a sofa chairs and table and we had a baby cot for a little extra. The bed was comfy and the blinds were great for darkening the room in the midday sun when our baby slept. Our friend stayed in a single room on the top floor she also enjoyed her stay but said it was more noisy as her room was right next to the road - she loved the shower and how hot it was and the pressure! The staff were really kind and helpful and we enjoyed our stay.

Shower is above the toilet. Had this before in other places so you do get used to it, but it isn’t ideal.

The location is excellent - we were there to go snorkelling and rock climbing - it is about halfway between the rock climbing centre and the pier. Staff worked really hard each day to clean the rooms.
