How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

location: Have to walk at-least a km for some restaurants or market. Difficult to walk during hot sunny day. Its not an issue if you rent a bike. Grab ride via bike is ok but grab car is really expensive that cost more than 300 bhat to go to patong beach or bangla road. amenities: some basic stuff not provided, like no toothpaste, brush, shampoo, body wash, face tissue.only small hand wash soap provided
Room size is good. cleanliness:Room is cleaned everyday very responsive and helpful staff other facilities : smart tv with netflix

I had a great stay at The Little Moon Residence. The location is excellent, just a short distance from Patong Beach, with restaurants and shops within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay even more comfortable. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities. Overall, a pleasant and hassle-free experience

1. Not having proper toiletries. Only small soap cakes. No shampoo nd shower gel. 2. Breakfast should have more choices like fresh fruits, milk, cornflakes etc. It needs to be improved.
The stay was peaceful. Staff was cordial.

The room was too hot always and the AC wouldn't work out well enough. Also the toilet usually clogged.
There was a delightful French guy who'd recommended us some helpful things.

We had several a issues with the flush but they were available and helped us to solve that.
It was clean and they have us clean towels and water everyday. Also they clean the room everyday if we want. It’s close to the beaches It’s in quiet area but really close to the main streets and night life

WiFi works mostly downstairs. In my room on the third floor it was dropping very frequently, which was not a big deal for me tbh, but if you need privacy or working remotely, it’s something you should have paid attention for. Hope soon it’s going to be fixed/resolved/improved.
The room was spacious. There were no insects in my room and it wasn’t too noisy given the location. Water pressure in shower was good. The owner and stuff were friendly.

The aircon is right on our faces. If the aircon is at the bottom of of our feet it would have been great. The bed is a bit hard but big.
The room is very spacious for a family for 3 luggages the room is big. They have a really great security system, cameras are everywhere so you will feel safe staying. They have a restaurant downstairs which is great and the food is beautiful. The service at the front desk is great, they are very helpful when we were about to leave and needed a taxi to our next destination. We would stay here again next time we visit. The place is next to Cabaret show, walking distance to 7/11 restaurants.

It's a budget hotel. Good location. Just 1.3km away from Patong beach. In 200-300 metres, there is 711 and various restaurants. There is a good Indian restaurant on a walking distance. Overall peaceful surrounding. Price is reasonable. Value for money.

While planning our trip we were looking for a budget friendly hotel near to Patong Beach. Little Moon Residence met our requirements - a nice cosy hotel about 2 kms from Patong Beach. Nanou, Alex, Khao and the entire team are extremely warm, hospitable and friendly. The housekeeping is very efficient and keep the rooms fresh and clean on daily basis. The hotel restaurant serves delicious food 24 x 7. The location is also great, in a small lane off the main road with lots of eateries, good places including Simon Cabaret at walking distance. Do give a try for a nice comfy stay, easy on the purse.
