Germany- Some of the buildings could use renovation from the outside, as I noticed a bit of rust on the metal parts and some faded facade paint. However, overall the entire property is very well maintained, tidy, and clean.
- The breakfast was absolutely the best – freshly prepared food served right on the terrace next to the beach. - The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, and the hotel itself felt very welcoming. - The room service was amazing, with everything perfectly cleaned and tidied up each day.

IsraelRoom & room maintenance: Pool: the water is cold and not even warm hence, we couldn't use the pool. Our room problems were: Jacuzzi: didn't have hot water at night, we complained two nights in a row. couldn't solve. Shower heads: When we entered the room we noticed the bathroom with two shower heads so tried showering together. Alas, both shower heads were flawed- one leaking severely, the other not flowing water inky dripping. They only fixed the leaking one, but we didn't complain again. And they didn't ask if problem was solved. The doorbell system: was beeping constantly so they disabled it the first day. LED controller was without batteries. They replaced batteries on the first night. Missing curtains on the desks zone windows or missing a door to the bedroom leads to light entering the room in the morning. Quite zone and pool are not quite. Kids play and make noice. We complained twice but so they did nothing with it. The employe near the pool didn't comment the kids and didn't do nothing. Major key Drawback- The key is a major hassle because they give you a card to enter the suites area and then you also have a physical key for the room. They bunch it with another leather casing so you need to carry a big pack instead of just a room-card in your wallet.
1. The hospitality service is absolutely superb. Every day complimentary items, tornado cleaners, staff are very friendly and kind. 2. The hotel book/library-like designs are noticeable everywhere in the surrounding. I loved it. Smart designer. The secret pool vila is huge. It has everything inside. And is absolutely beautiful. 3. Breakfast is also amazing. 4. Super large villa potentially very spoiling and amazing.

AustraliaIt wasn't that I didn't like it but it would be more comfortable to have a couple of sun loungers around the villa pool rather than the mattresses that are currently provided. I felt like I was permanently lying down which wasn't that comfortable.
The Secret Villa was beautiful - well equipped and spacious. Like all the other reviews the bed is next level huge.

PolandThe Library is a true gem on the hotel map of Koh Samui. The Secret Pool Villas are the perfect way to spend a holiday in an intimate, beautiful, and design-forward setting. Probably the most Instagrammable hotel ever :) The staff is incredibly friendly, and the coffee at breakfast is the best we had in Thailand :) Great location. A perfect week.

United KingdomThe hotel is located centrally in Chaweng. The room is clean and has a minimalistic style. Bathroom was excellent. Breakfast was superb. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. It is very expensive however for the area and I feel this lets it down.

Large and unique room experience, They thought about almost everything, Many toweles, mosquitoes, sound bar, headfon... Special breakfast, tasty and good. Extraordinary stuff everywhere. Artist design by the well known and famous Thai designer that owns the hotel. The art is also in the service too. We loved it.

MexicoThe only thing I didn’t like was that the pool was way too cold. It was little bit cloudy and windy so I barely stay there for more than 10 min.
Everything. Since the moment you arrive they receive you with a pretty nice vibe and they offer you a sorbet, soda and a cold towel to refresh. The room was so beautiful, it was big, clean and really comfortable. The pools and the beach beds are really great. And the view is so relaxing. The food in the restaurant was delicious too. The staff is really welcoming and gentle.

IsraelWe were not told that the room we reserved in second floor does not have elevator. My wife is disabled and cannot climb the stairs. The room does not design for disabled people. It has a stage and the mattress is on the stage. This does not fit elderly people and clearly not the disabled people.
The Breakfast was wonderful. The staff were so nice and helpful.
