Very clean and efficiently ran. Although bathrooms are communal they were clean and easy. Location is ideal. Great for a one night stop.

Ac didn’t work well at all and it was really warm in the room which affected our sleep. We weren’t affected by it but I reckon noise from outside is a little bad in some rooms.

On Soi Rambuttri, right next to Khao San Road. Very lively road. Lots of good massage places, street food, restaurants and at least 3 live music bars playing good classic rock tunes. One bar had a very good Beatles cover act. Great price from Booking.com. The place is new (Jul 2025). Rooms are clean but small. Beds are basic but very comfy and clean. Nice touch having complementary water and toilet roll in room. Towels are decent quality. Free coffee in communal hall area. Plenty of toilets and shower cubicles in separate male and female bathrooms. Western style flush toilets. Don't forget to bring the toilet roll from your room. Remember paper in the bin, not down the toilet. Staff were very accommodating allowing us a room to store our bags after checkout. Very good value for money. Clean and cheap.

Noisy, directly above 2 live music venues so expect music til around 4pm at weekends. Bring earplugs! Easy to miss entrance. Enter via some stairs up 3 floors. No lift. Entry is via entering code. Find your room and your key is on your room's dressing table. No reception desk. No English speaking staff. 2 staff present - very friendly. Communicate via Google translate. An English speaking boss can be called. Their number is posted next to the entry door keypad. Rooms are small but adequate, clean and comfy with air con. No mirror in room. Large separate m and f bathrooms were great but the showers and general plumbing is very basic but does the job fine. Strange that address given was Lampong Railway Station but it's actually on Soi Rambuttri. Somewhat confusing.
