I didn't like the room because we are at the ground floor, it was dark since the window was facing another bldg. So many mosquitos also and my children have so many mosquito bites. Restaurants have limited food choices. The rest are ok.

I like the bar at night with singer and staffs are nice.

We booked a overnight stay as it was cheap but we knew we were only going to be there for 6 hours due to flight connections. It did the job but I wouldn’t have liked to stay there overnight. Dated, decor old and doors did not feel secure.

There are lots of weird steps and dip on the property so always watch your step.

The location was great and offered a clean room with good service. Also reasonable 150 baht charge to/from airport, but everything is done by calling the hotel, i.e. booking transport.

I paid for airport transfer when I arrived with my booking . I tried all sorts of ways over a few days to contact the hotel about where to get the transfer when I arrived . I had no replies .. In the end I got a taxi . The hotel said their telephone lines and WiFi were down . I was not offered any refund . A bit annoying ..

When we entered the room, there were a lot of mosquitoes. We reported this to the staff, who sprayed mosquito repellant, but unfortunately, it didn’t help much. Another disappointing issue was the late checkout fee of 100 baht. This charge was never mentioned at reception or on Booking.com. We were only 30 minutes late, and when we explained that we were unaware of the fee, the staff responded dismissively, insisting it was hotel policy and we had to comply. It was my first time paying a late checkout penalty for just 30 minutes, and I found this experience very frustrating. If such fees apply, they should be clearly communicated at reception or on Booking.com within the terms and conditions.

I really appreciated the location of the hotel—it’s conveniently close to the airport. The swimming pool was a great bonus for relaxation. The breakfast offered was decent, and the room itself was comfortable and pleasant.

Younger staff members seemed rather dis-interested in what was going on around them, seemed bored, lacking motivation, front desk staff pleasant and welcoming.

Good place to stay for before an early flight. Easy check in with friendly staff. Shuttle to airport always ready no matter how early. Bed comfprtable and decent wifi in room. Aircon cold. Great value.

- no elevator - staff just ok, not so friendly as other hotels I experienced - got woke up in the night to ask for ID card, as hotel lost it even copied during checked in already. I asked to provide in the next morning as already sleep but staff insisted to bother... so bad 😞👎 - breakfast started quite late at 7 AM, but once we in at 07:05 only 20-30% of food was prepared and ready.... need to wait another 5+ minutes 😥

Our shower room was a little disappointing as you walk through the shower part to get to the toilet, so undoubtedly, the floor was wet a lot of the time due to showering and probably needed a little updating.

The staff were absolutely great and super helpful and attentive. Location was good as nearby were bars, restaurants, and a local night market within easy walking distance , also close to routes out and into the hotel, which is alongside a canal where you can also fish .

The location was perfect for airport access with a free shuttle service each hour. On site restaurant with complimentary local drink was good quality and the live music was terrific. There were services, massage & pool we didn't have time to use. Not elaborate but had all we needed. Would stay there again.

I didn’t like the room design - there were no wall sockets or lamps next to the bed or soft lighting in the room. For sensory people, this is a BIG deal.
