The whole place was really clean and tidy and the rooms were very spacious. The restaurant food was excellent. I had the best home made tomato soup ever. The chef is a gem and unfortunately most people don’t eat there.

The garden is wonderful, nice pool and the staff is absolutely lovely. Very cosy and clean bed. Only slightly noisy, you can hear your neighbours quite a bit. Other than that it was perfect and exactly what we paid for.

EVERYONE working at the resort was helpful, friendly, and attentive to our needs. We were allowed to check in early. There were beach towels available and umbrellas on a rainy day. Mosquito coils lit every morning and evening right outside our unit. Thorough room cleaning, comfy pillows and bed. Beautiful, well-kept grounds. Clean pool. Meals were basic but good. Quiet resort away from the crowds but only 8 minute walk to the beach. We will definitely return to this resort and recommend it to our friends.

Breakfast is not included in the price of the room and I found it quite expensive.

As we have two small kids, we spent a lot of time at the hotel, either at the pool or on the terrace in front of our room. We enjoyed being there a lot, especially because of the exceptionally beautiful garden. I could sit there and watch the trees and flowers all day. Also the stuff was very nice, competent and hard working.

Nothing we didn’t like.

This was a last minute booking since nothing else in that price range was available. We stayed for 4 nights. Once we got there we got a big surprise. Very friendly staff, very nice little place. It’s more like a chill family vibe with a little pool, but big enough to have fun. Very green and in quiet. Breakfast, bar available but not 24/7. Still enough. The rooms are pretty big and it was clean as well. Pool was clean. Breakfast/Bar area was kept clean too. The Golddiger resort is approximately 10-15 minutes walk to the beach. During night time it’s a bit dark but there’s no crazy traffic or dodgy. The location is better as it seams on the map. Some stores around and on the way to the beach. We have nothing to complain about and will definitely stay there again in the future.

Everything. Perfect little resort, clean, quiet, Thai style with a clean pool usually not crowded at all. We extended our staying for 2 nights. It is a 10 mins walk to the beach and the bus stop is less than 5 mins walking. Staff is very nice and helpful. The beach is not crowded and there are restaurants on the beach. However, the sea water is not the clearest., but in 10 mins by car you can get to Banana beach which is very nice.

Very quite place, beautiful garden, nice pool, about 10-15 min walking to the beach. We spent just two days on Phuket when leaving home. This place was really a paradise.

Lovely staff. Clean spacious rooms. Good shower. Great swimming pool and gardens. Just 10 mins walk to beach and activities but away from the noise. Would recommend. It is obviously used as a stop off before the airport but I booked in for 2 nights and was pleased I did. Could happily have stayed for longer. A real oasis.

The mattress was a bit hard.

The whole staff was extremely friendly. Also, the manager was very flexible. We had a late flight (which was delayed) and arrived at 1 a.m. at the resort. This wasn't a problem at all. The rooms are simple but very nice and clean. Beautiful garden with pool. Can highly recommend the resort!

Swiss resort, Swiss prices and Swiss tension. I paid 3500 bht for the night, which is already a lot for this type of resort. Breakfast is paid additionally, there is no option that it is included in the price. Everything is very tense and subordinate to the "Swiss type of tourism". Which means, even a smile is not for free here. Breakfast cost 200 bht and for that you get 3 toasts, a very small amount of eggs and tasteless coffee. If you want juice, you have to pay extra, of course. The sound of planes taking off and landing is present all day and night, so the high price of this accommodation does not reflect reality. I think that we tourists in Thailand should avoid places like this and give a chance to resorts that are owned by Thais. Thus, we will directly help the local economy. This place is called "gold diggers" for a reason.
