Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The only downside of this beautiful place is the distance from major attractions and the city center, but our perfect stay made it look not as important.
This was a good choice of accommodation because the host is very kind and helpful in every moment of your stay. We were positively surprised because there is a little breakfast offered even if it's not specified in the booking process, other than free drinkable water available at all times, which is always useful in Thailand. At the moment of check-out, which for us was very early, we even found our breakfast packed and ready to be taken away with us.

It’s a little bit out of town however it is close to the white temple.
Such a beautiful and clean place to stay, the staff are so helpful and it’s a really top place.

It is not near the downtown area. Eating facilities are across a very busy street, meaning if you don’t have a car you need to take taxis all over for eating and going to town.
Large shower, excellent staff, surprise light but adequate breakfast even though their website says no breakfast provided.

The pillows can be replaced they are too hard 😁 but that again is on personality preference.
Very nice and clean property. But all credits to the staff they go above and beyond to help you and make your stay comfortable.

Very comfortable room, amenities are clean and the bed very comfortable. It actually includes breakfast as well even if it's not mentioned in the room description, so a nice surprise! The host is super kind and helpful, he gave us some suggestions on places to visit and how to move around. A little outside of the city centre but an easy 6 minutes drive / bus ride to the centre.

Bathroom smelled bad and pillows were hard and lumpy. Shared kitchen could do with some actual cooking equipment like a hot plate and pans etc.
Clean and adequate, but quite far out of town and nothing walkable as it's on the side of a big highway. We tried to shorten our stay but unfortunately weren't able to get any refund. .

- It is a bit out of the centre of the city - The bed was a bit wonky (it had some longitudinal movements when you turn). The duvet was also short for me (I'm 6.3/190cm)
- The staff is extremely friendly and helpful - There is a cafe at the property, you can work from there and the coffee is decent - It is close to the white temple - There is a simple snack in the morning (and egg and bread with butter and jam)

Towels are cut up fleece blanket - fleece very specifically repels water so the towels don't work. Not a good set up for young families - all the rooms are in a converted garage so very on top of each other with a shared dining space. We were told off for the kids making noise past the curfew. Obviously we weren't trying to be noisy and trying our best to get them into bed. Young children cry and make noise so we were always on egg shells a bit. Breakfast was limited with toast and fruit and an option of a boiled egg. Wifi was terrible. Had to work in the dining space and relied on hot spotting not the wifi.
The room was fine - nothing to write home about but perfectly comfortable and adequate. Staff were friendly. Parking space provided. Easy location for short drive to all major attractions.

Is 7km out of town but there are local bus services that run regularly so you can get into town for B20. Would have been nice to be able to get dinner in the café the quality of her cooking is so good but at least there is street food available within walking distance. Also there is a train station nearer than town but we didn’t know about it.
The fact the Garage has a Japanese influence in attention to comfort detail, cleanliness & a calm, dignified ambiance. The cafe food was delicious and had the best matcha latté I think I’ve ever had! (& I’ve had a few as a non coffee drinker)
