Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful! The location was also near many street foods/711 and other restaurants.

United KingdomThe owners are really friendly and hospitable. They make sure their guests are comfortable and offer fresh fruit and food, which makes the place cosy. The single room is small, but it has the main amenities needed and doesn't feel cluttered. The hotel is very close to the BTS station and is located on a quiet street.

ChinaI had a wonderful stay here! Asma is incredibly kind, warm, and helpful. She made me delicious homemade breakfast and lunch during my stay — her cooking is amazing, and the rice was especially fragrant and tasty. I finished every last bite! The room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. Asma also kindly helped me with my luggage when I checked out — the stairs were a bit steep, and she was very thoughtful. Communication was always quick and friendly, and she even placed my breakfast outside the door when I wanted to sleep in. It made me feel really cared for. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a budget-friendly stay in Bangkok with a warm personal touch. Thank you so much, Asma!

Very lovely little hotel, in a peaceful neighbourhood but so close to the BTS station. 7-11 was only 30 seconds walk away. The owners (a family) were very nice and they give you 1 free laundry wash. They also let me store my big suitcase there while I am away. It was also the comfiest bed I have stayed in in Thailand.

SwedenNothing bad to say!
The owner was very helpful and easy to talk to, and also helped me extend my stay. The hotel itself is very pretty and clean and not noisy at all. It comes with free water, paper towels and breakfast if you like and as I'm gluten intolerant Asma (the owner) was so kind to make me glutenfree breakfast. The area itself is very cosy and also with great connection to the BTS. It really stands up to its rating! Big plus is that it was the best bed I've ever slept in during my countless of stays in Bangkok. I'm definitely coming back here again!

RussiaThe stairs to the 3rd floor are quite steep, and the room can be a little small for two people with big suitcases.
The room had everything, AC, fridge, even some utensils, the windows had solid curtains, so the light in the morning didn't disturb. WiFi worked well. I like the location, though it's not in the centre, but BTS and river pier are very near. The taxi driver could easily find the place at night. There are some cafes and the market in walking distance. Overall, I liked the place.

NetherlandsThe bathroom could be bit small for 'big' people. and the tall people (>1.72m) might find the toilet seat a bit tricky as your knee might touch the wall. Pls note that this is only for the room that I booked. The other rooms may be different, So do not let this feedback refrain you from booking a room in Cube Sathorn.
I booked the single person room with private bathroom. The stay exceeded my expecations and provided a very good price quality ratio. The location is 5-10 min walk from Surasak BTS station, and of course you have Grab, which is convenient. The place was clean and secure (with automatic locks etc). Water was provided, which was helpful during the summer month. For me, the bed was good and I slept well. The ferry station, food market are just 4 mins on grab. The street is a typical small Bangkok street, less crowded and gave a good local experience. The hosts are down to earth people who take good care of their guests. They gave me a lot of suggestions, that helped me a lot. You just need to Ask them. They also suggested a cab to the airport who has expressway pass. So that was very convenient, especially if you have luggage. Fresh, hot, delicious, breakfast was provided by the host in their small nice restaurant that they run. Loved every meal, especially the roti with condensed milk and the cocoa with mint milk. Overall, I am very happy to have booked this place. Thank you Asma for your hospitality.

SpainSuper kind host❤️ It was my very first night in Thailand and I don't actually know Bangkok at all, so I can't evaluate if it was a noisy area or not. However, I liked that it was in a narrow street in a neighborhood with street food, plus very near a Seven Eleven. Steep stairs you may mind if you carry a heavy suitcase. Clean, spacious room, big bed, air conditioner functioning. Thank you!

AustraliaNothing I didn't like, but some things to consider before you book: - place does not have a lift. I was in a lovely 3rd floor, roof top room and i did not mind at all. - The stairs are steep and so clean they do get slippery sometimes. I think Asma should consider putting rubber fittings on the steps to make them easier to use with socks on. - 8 minute walk to train station might be a bit much for some - the road is narrow. It will be hard to get a taxi or grab from there, better to walk a bit to the wider road before booking a grab or flagging a taxi. - no alchohol allowed in the room. You can stuff your fridge with all the beverages, but alchohol. Wasnt a big issue for me though. - the fridge while bigger than most hotel fridge, was old, but it still worked!
Stayed here for 3 days. I would stay again! Some highlights: - very accessible. An 8 minute walk from surasak station so you can use the trains. - it is in a more local residential area. Which was refreshing to be in and experience. - 7-11 is 1 minute walk from here and is open 24/7. - there is a park 4 minutes walk from here. With a good running trail. (1 lap around is 1.2km) - plenty food stalls, cafes, massage places nearby. - Asma (host) is very hospitable. Made sure i had everything. She even helped me book a taxi when i had to leave late at night. - free water and food! - the room is big, clean, and private. For the price I paid, I expected a dorm type set-up, but I had a room to myself, with a fridge, private bathroom (toilet had a bidet, too), TV, desk, etc. - the price is good value. I even think Asma should charge more. :) Thank you Asma for a very pleasant stay. I hope to see you again!

Great little family hotel for a budget trip. Very good price for what you get. You don't feel like you're in a hotel, but like you're at home. Very good location, almost in the heart of Bangkok. 5 minutes walk from the BTS Skytrain station, which is important in a big city. The kind and helpful hostess Asma is ready to help you with anything at any time. Asma is the little gem in the small hotel. As an extra - 100 meters from the hotel there is a small clean restaurant with delicious Thai food at good prices, also run by Asma. If I come back to Bangkok, I will definitely stay again in this hotel, where you get a lot for little money.

Asma was the friendliest thai person I’ve met, her breakfast was delicious, she asked me what time I would like to have so she brought me that time exactly. She takes care of her guests and her kids were so nice and cute 🥰 I was travelling alone and I felt so safe in her hotel, she has a restaurant next to the hotel where you can eat. The location was excellent everything is nearby, massage salon front of the hotel, 7eleven in the corner, BTS 5 mins away. I will come back definitely Thank you Asma

South KoreaSome of the kindest and most considerate staff I have ever encountered. Amazing breakfast available from 9am-2pm, and free bottled water with the room. I ended up staying 9 nights, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone who wants a very affordable, comfortable, and clean stay. Quieter neighborhood close to a nice park to exercise in the morning, and just a few minutes from the BTS station. Good restaurants and street food nearby.
