Small details in the room needed some attention (switches not working / fixings a little damaged)

Fantastic location and great views from our room, the Sky Club benefits made the trip very good value. Staff were really helpful and the breakfast was one of the best we had throughout our trip.

The rooms are somewhat small. don’t have windows that can be opened, and the large glass wall faces a noisy street, disturbing even at night. Limited breakfast options nearby The pool is relatively small and closed one day a week Long waiting times for the warm elevator should be considered

Pool and gym were both smaller than they looked on the website and were disappointing. Although we were initially happy the pool was open till 11pm the water was absolutely freezing so we only went in once.

Location was excellent and the staff were really helpful and friendly. We booked the family Skyline room and enjoyed the evening snacks and drinks.

The room service could have beeb better, when we put sign to make up room, nothing happened for 5 hours we had to ask and they only made the bed, they didn’t change towels or dill the shampoo and bath gel

Pillow too soft.

Strategically located next to MRT Sukhumvit and BTS Asok. Near Emsphere and Terminal 21. Have many good massage places around. Staff are friendly and cheery. Overall, the hotel is clean looking. Bed is comfortable.

We stayed at the bedroom suite. The water tap at basin is badly designed. The sliding doors also badly designed cuz u have to close the clothing closer before u can open the bathroom.

Close proximity to Terminal 21, other shops and beauty treatments/spa. Very convenient to use BTS and do other stuffs. 10/10 for location.

At times you could hear others in their rooms at night (only if they were super loud) and the lifts take forever to get anywhere but neither was unbearable or something we couldn’t get past.

Location is amazing, rooms are spacious and nice and the staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly and just all round nice!

No complaints. The building has some age, but well maintained.

We had a very large corner room, with windows on 2 sides and at a high floor, so nice view on Bangkok skyline. One king bed and a sofa bed. Large bathroom with shower. Breakfast very good with a lot of choices. Location is very convenient, at steps from subway, skytrain, restaurants, malls, nightlife. Kind staff. Nice design of the common parts and rooms. Small swimming pool at 37th floor.

very noisy, room was facing the main road and can constantly hear the motorbikes - I was staying on 15 floor. It's super noisy and I had to get earplugs from the reception to reduce the noise for sleeping, and yes can still hear even with ear plugs... so i won't recommend for people who's sensitive to noise

location is great, near a mall and bts and train station, very convenient. there's a cat in front of the hotel and spa too

Our stay at the hotel was great. The service was great from our arrival to our departure. The room was clean and the other public spaces were amazing including the pool and restaurant. I would recommend this place to stay especially since it’s close to all the night life.

The elevator is super slowly-they have very high floors but only two elevators. However, a 5 stars hotel has the elevator only allowed 6 persons, with luggage even less. So it takes a lot of time to go and down. One day the elevator even out of order, which we have a long queue to take elevators.

The location of hotel is really good. It’s in front of Terminal 21, easy for shopping and dining. Breakfast is on 35 floor with a nice view. Swimming pool is small but with good view on high floors

Facility was quite old and elevator was limited.

Good location and breakfast was limited but good. Was expecting more TH fruits like mangoes, mangosteen, etc but was served passion fruit daily together with canned and preserved choices.
