United KingdomPool and gym were both smaller than they looked on the website and were disappointing. Although we were initially happy the pool was open till 11pm the water was absolutely freezing so we only went in once.
Location was excellent and the staff were really helpful and friendly. We booked the family Skyline room and enjoyed the evening snacks and drinks.

We had a very large corner room, with windows on 2 sides and at a high floor, so nice view on Bangkok skyline. One king bed and a sofa bed. Large bathroom with shower. Breakfast very good with a lot of choices. Location is very convenient, at steps from subway, skytrain, restaurants, malls, nightlife. Kind staff. Nice design of the common parts and rooms. Small swimming pool at 37th floor.

Singaporevery noisy, room was facing the main road and can constantly hear the motorbikes - I was staying on 15 floor. It's super noisy and I had to get earplugs from the reception to reduce the noise for sleeping, and yes can still hear even with ear plugs... so i won't recommend for people who's sensitive to noise
location is great, near a mall and bts and train station, very convenient. there's a cat in front of the hotel and spa too

TaiwanThe elevator is super slowly-they have very high floors but only two elevators. However, a 5 stars hotel has the elevator only allowed 6 persons, with luggage even less. So it takes a lot of time to go and down. One day the elevator even out of order, which we have a long queue to take elevators.
The location of hotel is really good. It’s in front of Terminal 21, easy for shopping and dining. Breakfast is on 35 floor with a nice view. Swimming pool is small but with good view on high floors
