A delightful retreat from the bustle of Kata. The staff are lovely even if you ask for extra. Great location - walk everywhere. The rooms are big - we had an extra bed free. Just don't expect any views. Not for the party set. Strict rules. Great for a couple 😊

I loved the location great for solo traveler also within 5 minutes walking distance there is a restaurant that serves a lot of gluten free dishes 7 eleven is there and the usable kitchen is actually amazing loved the place

The big window in our room had a curtain, but it didnt fully cover at night, so the lights of the big blinking LED Sign kept shining into the room. Also, I drank from the water fountain and got sick. As soon as I stopped drinking from it and started buying water (after a couple days) I got better. Maybe, just do not use the waterfountain if you have a sensitive stomach :) everything else was perfect!

price value very good in this hotel, very clean and we had a very bright and nice room. Location also nice, everything is in walking distance, shops restaurants and beach. Big bonus for us was the kitchen downstairs! Everything there was very clean and in good condition

There were four holes on the ceiling on top of the bed, it was quite disturbing since we could see the top floor through them. We’re not sure where it led to, but we thought since we could see it, anyone from there could also see us. (Photo attached) As mentioned in other comments, the toilet seat and the shower/sink share one door. So if someone is using the toilet with the door closed, the person showering needs to do it with the door open. It wasn’t that bothering since I was with my husband, but if you’re with friends or a new date, it might be uncomfortable. We stayed for a week, and in the middle of our stay the staff tried to enter the room to check something without us asking. Three of the staff knocked on the door and we were sleeping, I tried saying we were not apt for visit but they didn’t hear and I’m pretty sure that they were going to open the door. It was quite uncomfortable and we were anxious about they doing it again for the rest of our stay.

The shared kitchen was very good and clean, it was like an industrial kitchen! Bed was comfy. Location was good and there was an hourly shuttle, which very good. The hotel was also very pretty.

Great Stay with Excellent Service Overall, this place is very good. Initially, I had a room where construction noise made it hard to sleep, but the staff was quick to help and upgraded us to a quieter room at no extra cost, which I really appreciated. The hotel has a great location, offers good value for the money, and the customer service was excellent. I’d definitely consider staying here again.

The bathroom design was ridiculous . There are 2 sections between the bathroom: one has the bathroom and the other has the sink and the shower. So you need to step out of one, and then enter the other to wash your hands. Plus there is ONE sliding door between each, so either you can close the loo for privacy, or you close the sink area. So if one person is using the loo, the other person has to shower with an open door and zero privacy. Very uncomfortable

We thought we would be really close to the beach, but in reality there is no access to the beach from the street where the hotel is located but you have to take a long detour. The hotel has a shuttle to the beach that we tried to take once but it never came.

I stayed with my friend at the penthouse suite which was unique and amazing. We had everything we needed there, kitchen and laundry machine included. Both of us had private rooms with bathrooms plus a lot of common area. Staff is friendly and helpful.

My only real feedback for improvement would be that the bed needs to be replaced soon, and I wish my room had a window. All in all- a good experience here.

Firstly, the staff are prompt, helpful, and possess great customer service. The shared kitchen was a huge highlight for me as I loved buying fresh fruit at a near by market for breakfast and preparing it on site. The room itself was great- large in size, linens were comfortable, and the AC worked! This hotel is conveniently located near the main road but far enough away from the hustle and bustle to maintain a mostly quiet atmosphere.

The location is good, they have a car every hour passing in front of the building to the beach, for free. The room is spacious and comfortable. The staff is very nice, friendly and polite.

The hotel was surrounded by massage shops which was the only negative.

The staff did not inform us that they shared a beach shuttle with another hotel, so we missed it and had to wait for another hour as my parents were elderly and could not walk to the beach. Also, they didn’t inform us that we had put the sign Clean up on the door, for the room to be tidied up. And the price was too high for this hotel
