The stream through the resort is out of the hotels control, but without rain it tends to smell. The mattress is super soft, the tab was loose and some shower grouting needs replacement. Exactly 12 noon check out time the power in the room is fully cut off. WiFi router is placed on one bedside table which is unseen before.

Location for the price paid, quiet backside area and 2min walk to the beach. Minimart and restaurants in front of the hotel. Friendly staff, spacious shower, cleanliness. Fresh egg preparation, breakfast really western style with only 1-2 Asian options, breakfast restaurant lacks a bit of an atmosphere.

One night there was a strong and terrible smell of sewage. We felt nauseous for hours and could not sleep. We stayed only 2 nights and it happened the second night. We do not know if it was a one-time event or something that happened from time to time.

A small hotel that feels like a boutique. Very pleasant and a team that is just trying to help. A small but pleasant pool with excellent food. Grat breakfast, very clean and modern room. We felt wonderful there and would love to come back.

The Hotel allows cannabis to be smoked on people's decks but rooms above have doors that don't seal (are missing the vertical fluffy aluminium door seal) and pungent Cannabis smells spread. Other hotels ban Cannabis completely, sad slant on this resort for what was otherwise a great 8 day stay. More mats required on marble tiles in the rain, becomes an ice skating rink

The scooter they initially gave me was seriously flawed and started to cut out on me which could have caused a fatal accident.

This place is ideal if you want somewhere really quiet but within walking distance of good restaurants close by and not too far from Chaweng's night life. Pool area is pleasant and I slept like a log.

The rooms could do with an upgrade. Room 111 had black mould on the skirting boards and had a really musty smell. The staff were great and moved us to the family room which was much better, however the sliding door leading to the patio did not close properly letting mosquitos in (luckily we had parcel tape to block the gap). The musty smell was there but manageable with some room spray that we bought from the shop down the road. Pool facilities were fine, could do with a bit more cleaning.

Location was great. Quiet part of Chaweng which we liked. Staff were great and very hospital. Some of the facilities, like the massages they offered were amazing. Beds were comfy.

The rooms were a little dated (ground floor swim up) but they actually started ripping out and renovating all of those places the day I checked out so imagine itll be great soon!

Location for me was excellent - away from the main business of chaweng but only a 5 minute motorbike ride away from the action. Walking distance ti beach and a few really great little restaurants.

The room without balcony, very dark and smelly. Air con right on the top on the bed made it hard to regulate temperature of the room. Photos of the hotel look great but it is not the reality. Breakfast very limited.

The property was lovely and calming which is what we needed for our stay, the pool was also lovely much bigger than the pictures show. The pool food was great too but the breakfast was very limited and very small. The cleaning wasn’t great in the rooms either considering I did most of it. But the cleaner was lovely. I loved that all the rooms have a pool view.

We had a fantastic stay, made even better by the incredibly kind and welcoming staff. They even made sure we could check in early after our morning flight, which we appreciated. The rooms were clean, and the pool was a great spot to relax. It would be even better if the pool bar opened at 10 AM and if there were more beach chairs available. Also the breakfast was not the best. Overall, the wonderful service made our stay extra special – we’d love to come back!

The cleaning needs to be more thorough in rooms. They are looking dirty and shabby and our room was cleaned in less than 10 minutes a few times which indicates they are not cleaning properly. Breakfast was okay but more options would have been nice as the food was constantly running out and not being replaced in a timely manner

Was nice in total, staff were really nice, breakfast was fair. Quiet and safe. Beds and pillows are comfy. Cleaness 8/10 Pool is small but not so bad. The price was really high considering the place. The highest iv paid in thailand.

Even if breakfast was nice, sometimes food was cold. A minor issue, though. Water power was super weak, and it is a bit complicated having a shower because it wasn't wall mounted. It is not very hot as well.

The location is excellent. It is very quiet and there are restaurants, convenience shops and massages nearby. Staff is super nice and helpful. Scooter rent is cheaper than outside. The swimming pool is cool and clean (excellent for infants and toddlers as well) The room is clean and very nice. Bed is also very comfortable. Big TV with youtube and Screen Mirror option to watch whatever one's like. Breakfast is cheap (250 baths for a buffet), and it slightly changes every day. There are cereals, fresh fruits, salad, toast, eggs, beans, bacon, and Thai dishes.
