The hotel doesn't really have a beach. When the tide is high you can't even get to the beach directly from the hotel. It wasn't really an issue for us as the beaches on both sides were great but it's not something I realized when booking.

Well kept resort, very nice staff. Big rooms, we took the 2 bedroom suite which worked great with our 2 kids. The plunge pool was a nice extra to the room. Would happily return again.

We had the ocean front villa with own pool. Hated to have the massage shack right in front of us and the side of our villa being used by the massage people to wash things up clean their food and other things. Very unappealing for a villa that is one of the most expensive and exclusive

Quite central whilst not in chaweng night life it took only 10 mins walk to get to the heart of it all and a quick 15 min tuk tuk to fisherman’s village

Beach not good Manager service was extremelly bad when I asked for language help the answer was if you don t speak thai and the transport does not speak English it is not my problem It is yours… unbelievable

Reception told us upon check in that our bags could be collected/taken to reception for check out. We called the night before and morning of us flying out and they said it wasn’t the case. Had to wheel our suitcases up hills along the path. Would’ve left our rooms earlier if we knew this was the case.

I enjoyed the private plunge pool on the balcony of my room every day. It was nicely shaded and was a great place to chill after day-long dive trips.

Pretty functional hotel - staff were friendly and the pool is tucked away but enjoyable. The access to the beach is pretty perilous and needs an upgrade. But all in all - a decent stay.

The room was not as clean as I would have liked everything was a lot more basic than in the photos and I think suddenly the pool village that we were in needs modernising and refurbishing

My only real complaint is the TV in the villas. It was very backward with very few channels. An upgrade to a smart TV would make a huge difference when wanting to just relax at night. But that is a small complaint

The staff were wonderful. Ken in particular was outstanding. He booked our tours, engaged with the kids and was just a fabulous person who we miss! Every day asking how we were and checking that we were being looked after

Our room had noisy AC, I reported that to reception so hopefully fixed. Also my bed was sooo hard It hurt. Also reported.

The villas are huge almost too big! Staff are happy to clean daily. The buffet breakfast is great. Awesome coffee and so much choice. The food in the restaurant was good especially the Thai food and drinks were reasonable. The staff were very friendly. Kids loved the poolside villa.

Some of the facilities are a little dated but didn’t impact the quality of the stay.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is easy access to town while also being in a very quiet location. Private plunge pool was fantastic for cooling off.

Beachfront with a disappointing beach access and view, getting to the beach was a hassle from the room like a maze, and at night the room was impossible to find due to the lack of lighting in the garden and room walkway Staff were fine although we were a little late to checkout so the front desk kept calling every 5 minutes from 12:15 to 12:40
