The staff and rooms were good. Unfortunately, the area is not the best and view from our rooms was awful. Luckily for us their food menu was good for us. Unfortunately some of my friends didn't like Thai food so we ate mostly in the hotel.

United StatesOne of the best locations in Kanchanaburi, we travel there several times a year as the half way point to my wife's family farm in Kamphengphet. The bar and restaurant are good, the staff works very hard, the rooms and hotel are very clean. You can walk to a number of other bars and restaurants, and the low season price we paid was reasonable.

United KingdomNo safe in the room. Lack of hangers in the wardrobe and would have been nice to have another chair. Cockroach was seen in the room , and the staff dealt with this straight away.
This is a friendly hotel with lovely Thai decor. The bedroom was spacious for the family. We enjoyed our view onto the hills. The room was quiet and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast had plenty of choice. The pool has a lovely outlook over the area with trees and it is relaxing.

AustraliaThe shower head was not adjustable in direction and sent water in an almost horizontal direction. The mechanism to open the bath plug was broken and didn’t work, making the bath unusable. The old wooden bed creaked like mad.
The location and staff were both great. We stayed in a Studio room which was large but had a lot of wasted space.

ThailandThe only downside was the shower which had a fixed head at a very strange angle. The rest of the bathroom facilities were fine and I wouldn’t let the showers stop us staying at the hotel again.
We enjoyed our stay at The Bridge Residence. Check in was efficient. The room was well appointed with firm but comfortable beds (8.3 for the beds). There was adequate storage space and plenty of electric sockets. There is a school next door but good soundproofing meant they didn’t disturb us. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in the area and a 7/11 a hundred metres away. The River Kwai is close by but the interesting bits are a longish walk or short Grab ride away.

Staff are frienly, great resteraunt and bar, room was a good size, breakfast was great. Non smoking rooms but if you do smoke there is a little balcony with an ash try which I found a nice touch. Pool is perfect.
