The beds were like sleeping on concrete, and I know it's very hit or miss with beds/mattresses in Asia. I asked if they had another room with a softer bed, but not sure if they understood my concern. We did try and fold the top mattress in two but this didn't really do much either. However I do appreciate the effort from the staff to try and make it work! I do also think the pricepoint is high comparing close by locations and the standard in general.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Location is good, not too far from the beach or Kata walking street. Also convenience stores close by. Room was spacious very spacious, and I liked the balcony.

The showers are a bit T tricky to work out but we worked it out fairly quickly.

The beds are nice and hard, which we liked. The hotel is well located in an area where it is easy to walk to shops and restaurants. The walk to the beach is only 15 minutes. The breakfast at the hotel is simple but tasty.

Few things like plug broken in bathroom sink and shower attachment holder.

Location very good.Easy walk to night market and 20 min to beach. Fantastic little seafood restaurant called The Grand just over the street where we were made welcome and served delicious food. Hotel was welcoming and well run. Staff all lovely. Pool quiet. We slept well and room was cleaned daily. Breakfast was simple but nice. Free safe in room, fridge and kettle.

On booking.com it says that hotel is on Beachfront, but you have to walk a while before you get to the beach.

Location is good, close to shops, cafes and restaurants. Breakfast is tasty, everyday was the same menu, pies are great!

There were mosquitos in the room (level 1) which housekeeping couldn't do anything about. On the first morning the toilet and bathroom water ran brown (we were later told the water tank was being cleaned). You need to tell the hotel beforehand if you want a softer bed (or you'll get a firm bed).

No breakfast. It would have been good to have some breakfast there as the place near by was not the best.

It's our honeymoon and they upgraded the room, which was a lovely experience. The staff is very friendly. The beach is not too far and the market in front makes for a.nice last minute stop of for some fresh fruit as a cheap and healthy snack.

You need to be careful with standard room booking - std room can means no-view from window. It was no problem for us as we were outside from morning to the evening :) You need to know what to expect from 3* hotel breakfasts :) we like fruits :) We will return to this hotel again

So far from beach not beachside. Beds are rock hard (but staff put extra doona on bed so was okay).

Great staff, helpful and friendly. Great location near night markets, 7 11, shops, restaurants, local fresh market so couldn't fault it BUT not beachside as described on booking.com (Maybe 15 mins walk). Friendly cats. Place is much better than the photos portray, very large and two huge beds.

The pressure in the shower was horrible (it was hard to wash away all the salt or wash your hair), the beds are really hard. The mattress was okay for my boyfriend but for me it was too hard. The breakfast is poor, almost no choice.

The wifi worked very well. The pool is also very nice (a bit smallish but clean), AC worked well. The room was clean, receptionist was kind. You can get one free pool towel per person per day.
