United KingdomThe shower pressure was a bit low - while the overhead shower worked OK, the hand held was a little weak. Bigger towels? I'm quite a big guy, and the towels were a little small, especially when having multiple showers a day (it's a hot country!)
The room is a good size. Bed was comfy, (usually they are rock hard in this part of the world) good sized fridge with a freezer (good for ice) very quiet location, a very short, cheap ride to the huge mall, staff were very nice, including the owner - Francoise. Breakfast was included with home baked bread and jam with eggs how you want them. Free water everyday. In room snacks and drink, very reasonably priced (probably the only hotel on the planet that offers such a thing, so reasonably!) House keeping were great! Did a fantastic job! Gym small, but good, had an elliptical trainer which I love...

The homemade goods (bread, jam, vanilla chiffon cake), the breakfast, the friendly staff, the bed/pillows/linen were amazing, quirky decor.

Really good and friendly English speaking staff. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Block out curtains very effective. Plenty of car parking. Good security. Now stayed twice and will go back. Excellent value for money. Good breakfast. No lift but it wasn’t an issue for me. Restaurant at night is not open. Plenty of traditional Thai restaurants, coffee shops and laundromats in walking distance. Staff recommended Farang restaurants which were excellent but have to take a taxi or drive. One restaurant recommended was “Ricco Caf” which is one of the best I’ve ever been to in Thailand. Superb menu and wine list. International and fusion dishes. Great live band playing at a reasonably low volume

SwedenAfter having read the reviews I booked this hotel. Once we stayed there I realized that those who wrote the reviews probably never stayed at a real 4 star hotel . This hotel is a good 3 star hotel. To be a 4 star hotel, it should have provided some services that this hotel lacked. First, the level of English knowledge was not so satisfying. The guy working at night shift at the reception, had no knowledge of English what so ever and if my partner was not with me, I don't know how I could communicate with him. The breakfast was limited and the coffee awful, so from the second day we brought our own coffee and bread. It took them seven minutes to warm up a half cup of milk in the microwave and bring it back. No English channels and since the wifi was too slow, I couldn't use my laptop to watch something there. Also NO elevator, so if you get a room on the 3rd floor then you have to carry your luggage up on those 40 stairs to get to your room and NO warm water in the washroom, only in the shower. So to sum up, I would say that if your expectations are not high, this hotel is good for stay !!!
