Hauling our bag up to the 4th floor was a bit of a workout. Other than that, nothing negative.

Very large and comfortable apartment with enormous balcony overlooking the sea. Fantastic place for an incredible price. There is a pool available at a nearby facility. Super location.

I stayed in Suite 2 which was overlooking the street and beach. You can hear the surf by stepping onto the balcony. Very quiet and spacious room although the stairs are narrow and may be a struggle for some. Excellent restaurant downstairs. Great wifi signal, two fans in the room plus good AC. I didn't cook anything but the kitchen seemed complete. I stayed an extra night. Good reliable transport to/ from the airport. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

just a beautiful big spacious room that was clean and tidy with access to a large wrap around balcony with a view of the sea and surrounding area. just sit back and relax. I will miss this place very much.. the only draw back is, there is no lift. I did struggle a bit. overall I highly recommend.ideal for a family of four.

Location was fabulous. Right on the esplanade road (opposite the beach) and close to restaurants, 7-11 and bars. Staff were exceptional. So friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. Room was exactly as described. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Cha Am, although please bear in mind if you have mobility issues or cannot negotiate stairs then it’s probably not a good option (as there isn’t a lift). Wasn’t an issue for us, but some may find it a little challenging.

Too noisy if you have come for a relaxing beach getaway. But earplugs are sufficient to it block out.

The quality of the room > price. For the price, you will struggle to get another property that is more modern and in better condition than this. The location is also great if you are going out drinking

The only real negative is the stair climb is quite exhausting especially if you have lots of luggage.

Nice suite with good facilities, shower needs updating with better shower head. There is no elevator and steep stairs to carry luggage up and down. Noisy location from the street, and the night I stayed there was booming music blaring until 4 am from the beach area. It's OK, but sorry, I would not stay again. They have parking but it is a few hundred meters from the hotel.

There is no elevator, and the stairs are steep and not of standard design. I am 70 years old, and my wife is 60, and we just made it with 2 handcarries. If we had 20 kilo suitcases, we would never make it to the third floor.

This hotel got no lift, the stairs are narrow and steep it’s a safety issues if you are not watching your steps.

The room was big, clean, with balcony, microwave, and big fridge. The food downstairs was 100% satisfied.
