We had the family room 🙈 3 kingsize beds in one room. Location and hotel was nice. Would come again. Cannot say anything about when fullmoon though - we stayed at a different weekend.

Room wasn’t hoovered, little space either side of bed, but still comfortable. No face/hand towels. All negatives were minor details and wouldn’t put off booking again.

Property is very central in Haad Rin. Staff were excellent. Great value for money. Bed was comfortable. Would stay again

Door was hard to lock/ unlock, no bath mats, room was very tight for spaces around the bed.

Stayed for the full moon was an ideal location and you get what you pay for. Very comfortable bed and pillows and the television had netflix etc which was a plus. AC was great. The place isn’t fancy or anything spectacular but was perfect for the full moon and felt super safe. 8 minute walk from the beach . Restaurants, bars and clothes stalls right around the corner !

Found it hard to find a staff member at times. WiFi didn't work at all in the bedroom which was extremely frustrating as the reviews said the WiFi was good

Great location, in the middle of haad rin close enough to the beach and then full moon party without out being stuck in the centre, was able to come back to hotel and get a good sleep as it was nice and quite too. Very clean and comfortable staff were very helpful

Booked here for the full moon party for 3 nights. Staff were very friendly, arrives early and got early check in and when we were leaving there was no check out time, when we checked out late there was no fee which was great. Beds were comfortable, tv had Netflix which was a bonus. Hotel was 10 minute from the beach, perfect for our stay but also far enough away where we didn’t hear the music from the full moon party. Would stay here again.

Towels and beds sheets were a little stained Reception didn’t have set opening times so you never knew it if would be open or not if you wanted to speak to reception (also wasn’t clear when the rooms would be cleaned so we just asked one morning and it was cleaned)

The property is very modern and comfortable. Comfy beds and quiet as there wasn’t many people there when we stayed. friendly receptionist. Well equipped with fridge, tv. Shower was powerful and hot which was great. We think the price we paid was great for what we got. We was allowed to check in around 3 hours early with no extra charge which was very helpful. The area is very quiet but we hired a bike and spent a lot of time in Thong sala so wasn’t a problem for us.

I wouldn’t stay here more than a couple of nights as there’s not loads to do nearby if the full moon is not on. we paid £40pn which is think is quite expensive but overall fine.

Nothing to do with the hotel but Haad Rin seemed quiet with not much happening other than the monthly full moon party. We headed out to Thong Sala one night which was more lively and suited us as a couple better. I would suggested looking into the different areas of Koh Phanang before booking.

It would have been good to have a designated parking space for scooters so they are more secure from the road.

Very nice staff who spoke English very well. We had a room on the 3rd floor and it was comfortable and clean. Hot showers, a couch, aircon, a smart TV and a comfortable bed.

This was one of the comfiest beds we stayed in during Thailand. The family who run this hotel are so lovely, we booked one night for when we arrived because it was all that was available but we didn’t really want to leave. Our room was nice, clean and comfy and the family were so lovely. Good walking location to Haad Rin beach and night life but a little bit back so no noise.
